Keyboard and Mouse Issues

The following two keys of my Dell Inspiron laptop is not workin ;
1) 'Delete' key
2) 'Down arrow' key.

My laptop's system drive is 'C', one of the system folder in drive 'C' is occupying too much of space. I am pretty sure that there are plenty of unnecessary data and file. How can I find which one to keep and which one to delete, pls advice.

when i plug in a usb mouse or dongle for wifi or bluetooth mouse they do not work .In device manager i get a code 10 message windows cant start device . I have tried updateing driver ,best driver already installed. Your driver updater doesnt find anything .

Bonjour, suite à une mise à jour de Windows (?), mon clavier Bluetooth n'est plus reconnu. Dans "paramètres", il est indiqué : installation bloquée par stratégie de groupe.
Que dois-je faire pour réutiliser mon clacier normalement ?

Sometimes my computer freezes and I have to wait awhile to type again. Is there a solution for this? This happens in Internet browsers and Microsoft Word.

I am a long time professional and I am actually quite tech savvy. I use the computer very very clean (obsessive level) But my mouse started to lag recently. I have downloaded Auslogics Pro (thats how we met) Even though I liked the software, it didnt solve the problem.

My laptop is Dell Vostro with i7 and 8GB Ram. Fairly new one (less than 1 year) But even with a simple operation (like opening Skype) it starts to level up fan noise and mouse starts to flicker, lag from time to time.

I formated everything on my computer (because this was not the case until very recently) but even that didnt help.

What can be the reason?

Keyboard built-in has been made mostly garbage, by enemy espionager. I do not seem to have backup to fix it nor for resetting Windows.
(These words are from a USB keyboard.)

In the registry under system the i 3048 is missing and keyboard does not work hit a key and it sticks i have to use a second keyboard
