Windows Settings Issues

Hello!
When starting my computer (or when locked) I'm allways directly prompted for password or pin, whith a blury picture in background.
However I like those beautyful pictures and would like to see them clearly prior to logging in. What to do?

I can't access my Windows Settings. When I try to access it the page shows and then goes away. Can your software fix this issue?

My W11 (Home edition) desktop PC has the following settings

'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and

'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.

Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.

There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

I have been using windows clipboard daily as a part of my routine, always used to copy my contents using that. But now when i use Windows+V the Clipboard manager pops up left or right of the screen and when i use arrow keys chrome is scrolling(Copying contents to chrome).
Earlier i selected the copied contents using arrow keys and used Enter key to enter the data, Now its not working, i need to use mouse every single time.

Startup Applications Automatically Getting Disabled. They are enabled in the startup in Task Manager and then disabled when I restart the computer. How can I fix this?

A text box appears "A new item was added to Windows" (or something like this). When I click on Inspect, I get a long list of items which baffles me. It would help if text box, or item list, would identify the new item because I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Windows game bar does not work when i try press the key combination

I have problems Closing the lid does not work. I set it to sleep or shut down neither of them worked.When I tried to find a solutions
I entered a code to CMD and all my power plans resetted.The ones which auslogics set also gone the preset power plans.And when I set balanced again I have also have no slider on the battery icon to change it to left to battery save or right to better performance.

Now I have left with no power plans of auslogics and ultimate is gone too.Can I get them back or how ?
Can I get back my old battery icon slider when in balanced mode ?
Can I fix the closing the lid action and make laptop sleep when i close it ?

I am having issues with windows 11 pro not going to sleep (even with settings for it set), it takes me 2 times selecting the sleep button for it to enter sleep mode. I have it set to sleep after 20 minutes of inactivity but with no avail.

Can I use the registry to change a single program not to show the "DO YOU WANT THIS PROGRAM TO CHANGE YOUR" ETC.

everytime at night when i put my computer to sleep mode the pc shuts down during the night and i dont know how to solve that

hello,my laptop has had an issue where the settings app does not open because it does not have an app associated with it. How can i fix this issue? It does not open at all.

After boot. Windows ask for user. To choise of two with same name en than pin code.

I dont turn off laptop at night. I run it with lid closed when in use.
I used to just move the mouse in the morning to wake it up, but not now.
I now have to open lid to wake it up and monitor shows large icons, clicking on Firefox gives a screen too big to use.
I then close lid to get the smaller icons that are usable.
Hitting the WIN key + P and choosing second screen only also fixes the icon size problem.
I went through all the 'wakeup' fixes I could find but to no avail.
There is a small chance this is a cat problem, I have several.
Any suggestions?
subcategory choices makes me think "windows" was wrong category to choose.
