Can't scan disk space
I've been using BoostSpeed successfully on Windows 7 for many years. It hasn't been working for the last 2 months. When it scans the disk space, it gets stuck on a temporary Skype file, and stops scanning. To fix this, I have to re-start my computer, and re-install BoostSpeed 12. My computer has been running painfully slow for the last 2 months. PLEASE HELP!

Eliminar una partición creada por Windows
Mi laptop HP tiene una memoria de 120GB. De los cuales hay una partición llamada HP_RECOVERY (G) que ocupa 21GB.
Cuando adquirí la laptop traía el Windows 7, ahora tiene el Windows 10.
Todo el disco duro lo uso para instalar software, no hay archivos de ningún tipo almacenados excepto los del sistema y de las aplicaciones que tengo instaladas.
Todos los datos de otro tipo (básicamente imagenes),los manejo a través de discos duros externos.
Deseo eliminar la partición (G) con el fin de abrir más espacio en el disco duro de la laptop, ¿Es posible?

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. only get PAINT and 3D PAINT, but I'm not intersted in those programs.
I can find the folder Windows Photo Viewer in my Program Files, but this folder has two subfolders (one Eng and one NL) and both are empty. I don't understand why, because I didn't was deleting them.
I heard it is possible to restore the old PhotoViewer in Win 10 , by inserting a register- script.
Can you help me to find that script ?

Windows freezes frequently
I cannot seem to resolve the freezing problem. sometimes it freezes after a very short time after start-up and occassionally it works for quite sometime before it freezes again.
Do you have any suggestios what I can do to stop this or how I can find what may be causing this.
I am not a technical person so any answer have to be spoon-fed.

When I start up my computer, PCTuneUp starts up. How do I prevent this from happening.

I have windows installed on my SSD and HDD so how do I transfer data from one installation to the other without cloning
So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. Boot Speed, or Restart Speed
The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. I was in the middle of deleting one of the 5 email addresses in my Microsoft Outlook and the laptop stopped (or this Outlook application) stopped responding for over 5 minutes so I "ENDED" the process.
Since then I keep getting this Outlook error.
I have tried the Office repair utility.
I have tried restarts.
I have your software (paid version) on my laptop but am unsure whether there is a restore point I can get to that will enable me to get Outlook going again.
Help please :)

Hard drive not showing up on optimize screen
When using windows explorer, a specific hard drive is not showing up when I check the optimize box. I can scan and repair it but not optimize it. I used the free degrament tool by auslogics but even after auslogics deframented it, it is not showing up.
Should I be concerned about this? What does this mean?

Before I installed Boostspeed, I used to be able to start typing a website into my browser and it would recognize what I was doing and fill in the rest for me. Super convenient for sites that I use all the time like banks. Now that doesn't work anymore and I really miss it. How do I get it back? Thanks!

В моём ноутбуке - операционнная система WINDOWS 7; она была переустанавлена специалистом в январе этого года после профессиональной чистки системы.
Есть вопрос об ошибке, номер которой есть на скриншоте вложения, сделанном при внезапном отключении ноутбука во время обычной его работы. Такое внезапное отключение моего ноутбука случается неожиданно, всегда без всяких предварительных каких-либо признаков; при этом на экране висит текст с номером ошибки, который видно на скриншоте.
Что значат такие внезапные отключения? Как предотвратить такие отключения, что исправить в системе?

Unable to update Windows 11 to 22H2....
My computer has stopped being able to use Windows Update to install normal updates, including Windows 11 22H2. All software and drivers are up to date. I have late generation motherboard (Asus Rampage VI Extreme), intel CPU 10980XE, and nVidia 3090. I have followed multiple scripts from the internet to clean out the software update folder. Any ideas?
bluetooth dissapeared from device manager after cleanup

I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.
Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and
'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.
Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.
There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

A problem with a small space on the C disk. How else to free up space on the C disk? Which program files can I transfer to an external disk and make win 10 work without problems?
can not download .exe file
Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

Moving the $HOME$ Folder to amother drive
1. I regularily reinstall my system and need to move the system directories to another location.
2. I have an application that is looking to install a directory on the $HOME$ directory - currently this is on my C Drive and I need to move it to the D Drive.
I am looking for a script that will change the $HOME$ folder to the D Drive.
Please an you help I currently use windows 10 but will eventually be upgrading to windows 11
