Не активируется программа при наличии лицензионного ключа

Добрый день! Образовались проблемы с Вашей программой: не активируется про версия (у меня есть подписка и лицензионный ключ), не запускается программа отдель после закрытия ( пишет: "Администратор заблокировал доступ к этому приложению". Очень странно, ведь я этого не делал)) и подтормаживания и общие сбои в работе приложения, хотя система весьма мощная и не хватку мощности можно смело исключить. Как быть? Что делать?

Cannot open Auslogics 12 on my other laptop

Hi, this may have come through twice, sorry if it has, but I have 3 laptops which I pay to use your excellent software. My other laptop, a Lenovo T520 is showing an error message from MS ...the adminsitrator has blocked me from running the auslogics app. It then says contact the adminsitrator...I am the adminsitrator ..the only user of that machine. Does MS have a problem with Auslogics? Can you help me sort this problem out and enable me to open your software as and wehen I need to...weekly? VMT Chris

Здраствуйте мне очень нужна Ваша помощь, у меня не отрывает страницы ни один браузер .Интернет есть , есть гугл , есть опера . но не открывает . не работают ссылки . Иными словами даже не появляются окна после нажатия ярлыка картинки на которые клацаещь а толку нет. Интернет есть показывает статус что все работает , ошибок не находит программа сканирования ... System Protection Blocking the BootSpeed.

Windows 10 is blocking BootSpeed when I want to open aplikation. (runs in background). This is famous request of asking a administratotor. It strated few days ago. I tryed opening as adminstartor and switched off Defender. I am rauning bootspeed 12. It is the same on 2 komputers different brand.

Boost speed does not recognise pro

I have been using pro version for several years now it asks me to activate pro which it rquires me to pay for which is totally wrong as I renewed my subscription in 2021. It also tell me that an admistrator has blocked me opening the program, this is aloso wrong as I am the system operator and have not blocke Boostspeed. I have re- installed the program and re entered the key 3 times so far it will not work correctly as it tell me tah I don not have pro which is WRONG.

I've upgraded to Windows 11. Are there any issues using BoostSpeed with Win11 that I should be aware of?

Browswer history

Before I installed Boostspeed, I used to be able to start typing a website into my browser and it would recognize what I was doing and fill in the rest for me. Super convenient for sites that I use all the time like banks. Now that doesn't work anymore and I really miss it. How do I get it back? Thanks!

Old Windows Versions

When I do a Scan and Resolve, the scan always turns up the Windows "Tweak" of removing "Old Windows Versions." However, this appears to never get done, becaause I get the same option every time I run a Scan.

Why isn't it removing "Old Windows Versions?"

Мой ноутбук иногда являет синий экран с сообщением driver power state failure. Ноутбук Hewlett Packard, ОС Виндовс 10.

Антивирус Касперский, ещё стоит Auslogics BoostSpeed 12.

Ноутбук куплен прошлой весной.

Скажите, пожалуйста, существуют ли способы решения этой проблемы?

No Windows Update KB5008212

From a couple of months now, I am unable to install Windows Update "Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64 Systems (KB5008212)". Windows Update is urging me to do so, but all I get is error (0x800f0831). I've tested all kind of solutions from Microsoft and other sources, and tried al least a dozen times, with no success. Some sources insists in the fact you need previous updates installed before this oner, and Bootspeed 12 clears update files as a part of Windows Slimmer tool. Is the first time I experience a problem like this and, even not critical, is worrying me because I can get a solution. Best regards.

Crackling sound after few hours

After a few hours of my computer being on, all sounds from the PC will have crackling sounds. There is nothing in particular that triggers it. No specific amount of time before I start to hear it. It has been happening for quite some time now

Bluetooth keyboard pairing problem


Hello,



When pairing the device, the system and Bluetooth recognizes it, but NO WINDOW APPEARS to enter the pairing code.



I have tried it several times, but always with the same result. The device I want to connect is a MX KEEYS MINI keyboard. My system is Windows 10 LTSC 2019.



The technical service of the keyboard manufacturer (Logitech) has not been able to give me a solution.

Wi-Fi Connection Issue with 802.11N Adapter

I am facing a significant problem with my computer's Wi-Fi connection, and I would appreciate your assistance.



Problem Details:

My computer's Wi-Fi adapter is 802.11N.
My computer connects to my phone's Wi-Fi hotspot without any issues, but it cannot connect to my home Wi-Fi network (Airtel broadband).


The error message I receive is "Can’t connect to this network" when attempting to connect to my home Wi-Fi.


Three days ago, it connected to the home Wi-Fi for a short time, but I received a warning stating that my Wi-Fi network uses an older security standard that’s being phased out. After following some troubleshooting steps from YouTube, I am no longer able to connect at all to my home Wi-Fi.

My other devices (phones, etc.) connect to the home Wi-Fi without any issues, and my Wi-Fi dongle works fine when connecting to my phone’s hotspot.


Steps I’ve Already Taken:

Resetting my network settings.
Flushing the DNS and resetting Winsock.
Attempted various fixes from online tutorials but none have worked so far.
Could you please help me diagnose and resolve this issue so I can connect to my home Wi-Fi?

Windows update crashes my computer

Windows update crashes my PC when I try to update it. It will start to download and fail at a certain point, around 7% DL. sometimes it will fully download, but will crash upon install. every time indicating it's rolling back to the previous version. I have Aura for VPN and anti-virus, but it never interfered before. This is now happening on 3 of my machines, and I'm at an absolute loss. The windows update troubleshooter also yields zero results.

download problems

Hello, I have a curious problem on my Windows 11 PC.

I am connected directly to the LAN via ethernet to a 900Mbps fiber connection.

However, when I try to download largish files (several hundred MB or several GB) from sites like zoom, wetransfer, facebook, I often get a generic "download error" message.

I've tried download the same files on Edge and Chrome, logging out and in, opening a private/incognito window, resetting the internet settings and running diagnostics. I've also checked the internet speed and latency.

The downloads often start okay, but stop after sometimes 30-40MB or maybe even getting to 60%. Sometimes I can click on resume, but the download begins from scratch. Sometimes, I will try again a few hours or a day later, and the file(s) *might* download to completion.

Other downloads (of small image files, say) or streaming of YouTube, Netflix, etc. never seems to have a problem.

I know for sure that it's a PC configuration problem because I tried the same downloads on a Windows 10 laptop, connected to the same router via WiFi, and all the files downloaded (albeit slightly more slowly) without a hitch.

Any ideas or suggestions on what I can do next?
