Issues with Auslogics software / BoostSpeed

Need license key

I upgraded from Boostspeed 10 Pro (license key: G2AEG-XXXXX-3WNYY-XXXXX-G79JL) to Boostspeed 11 Pro. However, I did not reveive a license key for version 11. I have attached a copy of the transaction. Can you help me with this? Thanks.

Ne me trouvez pas trop insistant mais j'essaie par tous les moyens d'utiliser votre nouvelle version ABSP 11.
Il est trop lent,il bloque ma machine en permanence alors qu'avec le 10.24 et avant cà fonctionnait super.
Faites quelque chose dans cette direction.J'ai essaié de rajouter un ficher langue LNG français mais cà ne marche pas
avec votre nouvelle version.Pensez qu'il n'y a pas que seulement l'anglais dans le monde [L'australie est une ancienne
colonie anglaise] mais tout de même.

My version of 10 expires in December 2019. Do I have take out new contract and forget about balance on version 100>>
Otherwise I have to keep version 10 until december and then switch???

Hello, I paid for your pro version via paypal yesterday but have not receivedan activation code. I could possibly have given a wrong e-mail address.

) for $29.95 as I was an existing BoostSpeed 10 customer. I cannot get the PRO version to activate. If I go to the Auslogics store and enter the new key that was provided with my purchase, I am told that I may either use the FREE version or purchase the PRO version for $59.95! I have already done this with my status as a current customer, which entitled me to the 50% discount. Why can't I get PRO to activate? There are features that won't work without the PRO version! I have a DELL XPS 8930 x64 computer with Windows 10 version 1903 installed.

BNP detected fatal error

I am having blue screen issues. BNP detected fatal error occurs every time I restart but not on shutdown.
The problem started after I installed MS flight simulator
I have:
~Checked the HD for errors
~Uninstalled Flight simulator
~Updated Windows to latest version
~updated Graphics Card to latest version
~run sfc/scannow

Location is turned off and GREYED OUT.

Everytime I install BoostSpeed 12, in Windows the Location services on Windows 11/10 are greyed out automatically in the Operating System due to the presence of this third-party software. Due to this glitch, I am not able to toggle the Location services on and off and also cannot change any settings related to it. I have tried every hack and registry fix that Microsoft tells me to do and still nothing...location is GREYED OUT

Is there some way to uninstall or disable some Windows "Features?"

For a number of reasons, I use Firefox as my default browser on this and other devices with Chrome as a secondary browser for some specific compatibility needs, but Windows is trying to force me to use their irritatingly disfunctional "Edge" browser. So far, I've had some success in decreasing the frequency at which WIndows pesters me to use the Ede browser, but I have not been able to completely eliminate this often intrusive problem. Is there some way to safely uninstall or completely disable the Edge browser?

Near the right end of the task bar at the bottom of my screen, Windows has an irritating "feature" that displays weather information and frequently presents a pop-up with news items and similar information. Id there some way to eliminate or uninstall this "feature?"

Unmount drives

Please tell me why on earth your programme needs to unmounts two drives after the defragmentation process, the one (J:\) that has been defragmented and the other one (O:\) that was not touched by any process of the defragmentation. Only restarting the Win10 operating system made the drives be mounted again, even a partitioning programme (MiniTool) did not find the drives before restart! Next question: how do I prevent this from happening again?

windows photo viewer suddenly missing

since years I'm using Windows Photo Viewer to see my pictures (jpg and others)

Suddenly this possibility disappeared, I think due to an automatic update of my system by Microsoft. With the option "open with", I
only get PAINT and 3D PAINT, but I'm not intersted in those programs.

I can find the folder Windows Photo Viewer in my Program Files, but this folder has two subfolders (one Eng and one NL) and both are empty. I don't understand why, because I didn't was deleting them.

I heard it is possible to restore the old PhotoViewer in Win 10 , by inserting a register- script.

Can you help me to find that script ?

Auslogics Boostspeed 12

My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.

I have Banks and Credit Cards that I use regularly. I don't want to have problems of logon to them every time I use the Bootspeed to scan the system. Один и тот же ключ ЭЦП (Электронная цифровая подпись) на флеш-памяти с одного компьютера считывается и подписывает документы без ошибок, а со второго - нет, Выдает ошибку о невозможности использования или сертификат поврежден. Главное - до чистки компьютера программой Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 ключ без ошибок подписывал документы и со второго компьютера. Вопрос, что мог изменить или удалить Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 в компьютера, то перестал корректно работать ЭЦП (Электронная цифровая подпись).

Какую службу или какие настройки в Windows 10 надо изменить, чтобы Электронная цифровая подпись работала со второго компьютера и подписывала документы? Спасибо!!!
