外付けHDDのデーター復元
Auslogics bootSpeed 12のマイタスクの項目を処理したら、外付けHDDのデーターが消去されてしまいました。あまり画面を見ず、いいかげんに処理してしまいました。
File Recoveryでデーターを復元したいのですが、その方法を教えて下さい。
尚外付けHDDは、デスク管理上では、認識しています。RAW 正常 ベーシック データーパーティションとなっています。
しかしエラーメッセージがでます。F:￥にアクセスできません。このボリュームは認識可能なファイルシステムではありません。必要なファイルシステムドライバーがすべて読み込まれているか、ボリュームが壊れていないか確認してください。とのエラーメッセージです。
コンピュータ上では認識していますが、しかしFile Recovryを開くと、HDDは認識されていません。どうしたらいいのでしょうか？？？

Slow Word response
I am having problems with Windows Word and Excvel !
I keep getting a message ' not responding' - when loading both Word and Excel - then after about 30 seconds it loads ?!
I have tried all sorts of published ways to correct this problem.
Is their a simple way to stop this annoying problem.

Caps lock key not working or lighting up aslo volume keys are a bit touch and go as to if they going to work.

Fix Broken Shortcuts
How does one fix/repair broken shortcuts. Auslogics gets hung up when using the Stability function.
Auslogics Boostspeed 12 problem
When I try to use the Boostspeed 12 "Maintain" tab and do a SCAN, I get a message popping up stating that it is "checking fragmentation on my F: Drive.
It should be checking fragmentation on my C: Drive. I do not want it to do anything with my F: Drive.
How do I get the SCAN to switch drives?

Long Boot time and black screen while booting
I have a ACER Nitro 5 laptop (windows 10 home original), mainly for entry level gaming. I am using laptop/desktop from last 12 years and I have moderate knoweldge on S/w issues, how to keep the laptop fast (by defragmenting, registry cleaning etc.). Recently I am facing Boot issues thats getting frustrating. Initially it started with long booting time, it was taking 7-10 minutes to reach to user account (Pin), and during that time the CPU and GPU fan speed was getting super fast (like during heavy usage).
Now from last couple of days, once I switch the laptop on, no display is coming, its just a black screen. However, CPU light was on, Key-board backlit was on and fan was rotating, but no display. If I wait the also nothing happening. Every time I need to force shut down it (by long pressing) and then if I restart again, its getting started properly.
Not sure what's the issue. I have checked prgrams that starts while booting, no issue there. No external device was attaching with my laptop while booting. stopped windown fast boot service also. But no progress.
Please suggest. can it be my HDD (1 TB I have) getting damaged? suggest if any other reason might be there.

Hi. I keep getting a report from Auslogics that a "High System Resources aare deteded". Clicking to see more takes me to the tak manager - but I have nno idea which of the dozens of running programss aare essential/nexcessary/vital and which are causing the problem. Can youo give me some guidance?

I had some security issues and a professional took control of my computer to fix the issues. Now all of my normal icons are much smaller than before. I can change the sixe of text in Word and Firefox, but I don't know how to change the other icon and display sizes.

Installation of Logitech Options hang indefinitely
I just bought MX ANYWHERE 2S mouse. Logitech web page insists I must have the LOGITECH OPTIONS executable to parameter the mouse. So I tried to install, but the installation does not complete.

DVD-writer does not write music on CDs
My DVD-writer does not write audio files on CD when I try to create nusic CDs. The reverse is possible and it also plays dvds.
Need license key
I upgraded from Boostspeed 10 Pro (license key: G2AEG-XXXXX-3WNYY-XXXXX-G79JL) to Boostspeed 11 Pro. However, I did not reveive a license key for version 11. I have attached a copy of the transaction. Can you help me with this? Thanks.
Computer freezes up
One of the reasons I purchased Ausilogic is to help me with performance. My computer freezes up for 10 seconds or so every few minutes. I don't know if hardware is failing, if there is a miscatch among compenentry.
How can we use your products to solve it.

In the menu that pops up when I hover the BoostSpeed icon in the system tray there is information that I have a drive error. I have run the standard disk scan but it doesn't show any errors on any of my drives.
Should I run a deep scan?
I have decided to bother you with this and not simply run the deep scan because I have had a number of situations with various computer equipment that could be descrived as "unlucky" and I am reluctant to do anything that isn't necesarry to my system.

If I go to the Auslogics store and enter the new key that was provided with my purchase, I am told that I may either use the FREE version or purchase the PRO version for $59.95! Hi - I see this widget on my desktop all the time and I am not sure what it is. Trying to Google it said it was part of Chrome but I uninstalled Chrome and its still there - I'd really like to remove it, it's annoying and seems to provide no useful function. Picture attached.

Displaying wrong color/crap in photos

After using boost speed I discover that my paintshop pro and canon software dont display photos properly.
As you can see in attached file it is totaly wrong and also on canon.
I have done a complete reinstallation af paintshop pro according to advice from corel and it didn help.
So boostspeed has done something, but I dont know where to restore from.
Please help.

windows search do not work
after using your softver , I lost windows search ;( . On my PC , on windows search table , word are not displayed . I try everithing from the google and you tube , but stil not work . Please help me to resolve this problem , I use this functiont every day
