Microphone not working

In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

What happened?

problem after running resolve all issues early this morning

All devices listed under sound video and game controllers have yellow error triangles and when you open properties for each it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I have rebooted, uninstalled all and rebooted and nothing changes usb audio has red x and no audio output device is installed and usb camera says camera in use by another app. I have disconnected both after uninstalling in device manager, rebooted then plugged them back in all still come up with error triangles and audio / camera are not functioning.

Lo que sucede es que anterior mente mi computador no le servia el programa Word y pues yo lo desintale y al intentar eliminar mis archivos para volver lo a instalar eliminar, quizas algunos archivos necesarios para Windows, pero el probrema llego en realidad, cuan al intentar instalar de nuevo el office,este se daño, y me dice que Windows ha devuelto una referencia, y asi con todos lo programas, e incluso me desactivo varia aplicaciones, es decir, este no deja instalar programas

Unable to uninstall application using Uninstall Manager of Boostspeed 11

I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).

I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

Unused Applications - Application Logs

When doing an All Areas Scan the Disk Space never is 'Nothing Found' the result because the following files are always there:
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Thanks!

Desktop just started on off when sitting in sleep mode, A tried to update Microsoft Windows 10, took update, Still on off multi. times daily B, tried System restore tells me could not preform System Restore Still on ,off mode , C What setting in resuce center would fix this System Restore problem.s all from same date around System 3 or 4 from same date close to restore point date. Does not open on click, File Open required.

MS Excel does not open on click, need to go to File Open. When received as an email attachment, MS Excel only opens a blank grey screen. Can only open after saving attachment then doing a File Open.
Tried the DDE thinh and your software said it had made the necessary changes to allow MSExcel files to be opened by clicking on them rather than using File Open

New for this past week: upon boot up, before opening, screen gives me option of "checking disk" before start up. If I choose not to, I'm to press any keyboard letter within 8 seconds. When I reject option by pressing letter, message disappears and computer opens normally. I've done all the disk checks and cleaning multiple times.

I continue get an Auslogics Notice when signing on to my computer which reads: "High System Resource Usage Detaected... you may experience extreme PC slowdown". Is there anything I can do to alleviate this warning? If so, what can I do and how do I do it. Thank you for responding.

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

I have had this problem multiple times.
Usually I just delete all sound drivers using Device Mgr.. then restart..
But..
Why does sound fail?
Is there a way to fix through AusLogics?

I don't know how to use Auslogics BootSpeed11 yet and just did something like scanning etc... .
Now, could it be that by using this program that some websites be blocked by, because of security issues for example ?
If so, how can I get this blocked sites back to use ?

I don't think this should be happen but it's just a question.
