My computer keeps dropping its print spooler. I reload windows and it works until I install Auslogics Speed Booster. Any fixes?

How can i put a shortcut on Start page (or Taskbar) to log in to my Auslogics dashboard?

All of my flash drives are not recognized, irrespective of the USB port, I use. How do I reactivate the USB ports so as to recognized the flash drives?
