Cannot activate
WHEN I TRY TO USE THIS VERSION, IT STATES I HAVE ONLY THE FREE VERSION, AND WHEN I TRY TO USE THE PRO VERSION THE WEBSITE WANTS ME TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN,BUT SAYS IT IS REGISTERED ALL OK
FOR EXAMPLE WHEN I TRY TO DEFRAG, IT ONLY DEFRAGS, I CAN NO LONGER DEFRAG AND OPTIMSE MY DISCS AS BEFORE
THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING AS I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME SUBSCRIBER
PLEASE HELP.
Not able to install an upgrade for Boostspeed 12.2.0.0
After completion of the upgrade software, the Help box remains showing my Version as 12.2.0.0

До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?
Drive C: - Reports Disk has errors
Despite the statement that the report provides details on disk error check AND REPAIR RESULTS, the report simply states that my C:Drive has errors.
There is no indication as to what the errors are or that they have been repaired; on the contrary the errors have not been identified nor have they apparently been repaired.
How do I find out what the errors are and how do I repair them?

Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

Reslult: The product has been activated
But in realatiy is the green botten still here and its not working as should when activated.

My Auslogics 12 is blocked by Windows 10. What can I do to fix this problem? And I cannot to set my Auslogics license key. I have just a basic version of programm now.

VPN FortiClient
I must use FortiClient VPN to work and communicate with one of my jobs, at Southern Cross University, (SCU). Until yesterday it worked fine.
I have just installed the lastest version in an attempt to resolve the non-connection issue.
Is there a setting in Auslogics BoostSpeed that might affect that VPN?
Any suggestions.
I run BoostSpeed and just accept whatever 'fixes' it suggests, the default or automatic, as I am not wise enough to adjust anything myself.
Could doing that have broken something or blocked the VPN?
I am nervous that Auslogics-Boostspeed is being over active in cleansing my system, of things that I actually need to maintain, like the Forticleint VPN. Firewall settings area mystery to me. I dont change them because I do not know what I am doing.

Interfearing with VPN
Whenever my VPN connects to the internet, the Auslogics Bootspeed notifies, an attempt to change the DNS was diplayed. Well if I connect via VPN it will change the DNS. My question is does your softwere blocks the attempted change of DNS or it's only a notification. If it blocks then how do I dissable it as I want my VPN more than your software.

Where can I disable inside BoostSpeed 12 to not disable the Remote Desktop Service? Each time I reboot my PC I loose the ability to remote to my PC at the office because the service is disabled.
