Is there something stopping me from changing Windows Installer from manual?
HP Smart will not install correctly and HP Support says an antivirus or other control program has changed the settings and locked it so outside individuals can not install software on my system?
empty folder cleaned doesn't work
When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

boostspeed being blocked
Hi. I have recently downloaded malwarebytes and it wont allow anything through from auslogics and deletes the program then wont let me download boostspeed12 again. I have tried the ignore list, but still no good. any help please? ozzyos
defrag 10 running sooo slow
Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?
restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

Driver update
Hello,
Subcategory is not correct (cannot select something else), please ignore.
I get a message from the driver updater that a driver is not up to date.
It is about PnP-Monitor Lock
It says:
Outdated driver 16.10.46.576 of 21/01/2019 Remote Utilities LLC
New driver 1.0 15/06/2015 BenQ Inc.
How is it that a newer driver is outdated?
Should I install the older driver?
If I have purchased Boost speed 12, Do I need the registry cleaner product also?

After scanning for old windows libraries and initializing the cleaning process. It says process completed but no files are cleaned. Still 2.7 Gig installed on rescan and same problem on re-cleaning. What to do? Thanks

Interfearing with VPN
Whenever my VPN connects to the internet, the Auslogics Bootspeed notifies, an attempt to change the DNS was diplayed. Well if I connect via VPN it will change the DNS. My question is does your softwere blocks the attempted change of DNS or it's only a notification. If it blocks then how do I dissable it as I want my VPN more than your software.

VPN FortiClient
I must use FortiClient VPN to work and communicate with one of my jobs, at Southern Cross University, (SCU). Until yesterday it worked fine.
I have just installed the lastest version in an attempt to resolve the non-connection issue.
Is there a setting in Auslogics BoostSpeed that might affect that VPN?
Any suggestions.
I run BoostSpeed and just accept whatever 'fixes' it suggests, the default or automatic, as I am not wise enough to adjust anything myself.
Could doing that have broken something or blocked the VPN?
I am nervous that Auslogics-Boostspeed is being over active in cleansing my system, of things that I actually need to maintain, like the Forticleint VPN. Firewall settings area mystery to me. I dont change them because I do not know what I am doing.

Where can I disable inside BoostSpeed 12 to not disable the Remote Desktop Service? Each time I reboot my PC I loose the ability to remote to my PC at the office because the service is disabled.
