Defrag and optomize problems

I have problems with defrag and optomize - it takes hours to complete the process. My previous version did not have that problem. It is so bad that i use windows defrag instead of Your defrag --- any ideas as to why???

Bluescreen after using Driver Updater

Hi there,

Just installed my Driver Updater on my new PC and after updating the drivers and a required restart I get a Bluescreen with the message "Inacessible Boot Device" adn restarting does not help, nor does turning the desktop off and on again.

What to do now?

при работе с функцией "защитить" выходит сообщение о сбое работы программы. Кнопка "защита" не устанавливается и не фиксируется на верхней строке .
по рекомендащиям программы ,антивирус виндос недаёт внести программу в опцию разрешоных.Функция "защита" неработает должным образом.раннее хорошо работала!

　Win 10 Pro のUPDATEの問題でWin10に問題が発生し、マイクロソフトからクリーンインストールを進められ、実行いたしましたが、サウンドドライバーがHigh Definition Audio Device が入ってしまい、音声が小さく、DVDを見ても、音声が聞こえない状態です。　ドライバーを入れ替えたいですが、方法が解らないです、教えて欲しいです

ファンクションが間違っています

Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 でクリーンアップ後（使っていないファイル／ホルダーを削除？）、PC立ち上げ時に以下のメッセージが出ます。
無視して進めれば、通常の動作をしているように見えます（今のところトラブルは起こりません）が、何が起こっているのでしょうか？
どうすれば、このメッセージを消すことが出来るのでしょうか？

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.549981C3F5F10_3.2202.10603.0_x64_...\Win32Bridge.Server.exe
ファンクションが間違っています。

ちなみに、C:\Program Files\WindowsApps　を開こうとすると、
「このフォルダーへアクセスするアクセス許可が拒否されています。」というメッセージが出ます。

Bluetooth devices can't connect

After running a scan and following several actions/suggestions, my bluetooth audio devices cannot connect to my bluetooth. I'm unsure what to do. I've tried removing the devices, and reconnecting them, but there's still a disconnect. My PC is able to discover the device, but it fails to connect. I've tried this with multiple devices. My bluetooth mouse still connects, but no audio bluetooth connection will work. I even tried to uninstall one device from my device manager, and of course now I can't even find it at all. Thanks for the help!

Browsers run slooooow with WIN 11

Ever since I installed WIN11 the broswers (I've tried both Edge and Chrome) run at glacial speed, taking a second or two to respond to a mouse click. Sometimes a scan with Boost Speed seems to fix the problem sometimes now. Sometimes it disappears after a period of time, only to reappear after the computer has been asleep. I've tried all the fixes I've found online (remove extensions, etc.) and like the Boost Speed scan, the fix is only temporary if it works at all. Any advice?

BNP detected fatal error

I am having blue screen issues. BNP detected fatal error occurs every time I restart but not on shutdown.
The problem started after I installed MS flight simulator
I have:
~Checked the HD for errors
~Uninstalled Flight simulator

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). Не очищается корзина

Не могу очистить корзину,требуется разрешение администратора компьютера,кроме меня больше нет пользователей на этом компьютере !
Восстановить файлы не получается,очистить нельзя,вырезать тоже,проверял компьютер на вирусы и делал проверку дисков,всё хорошо

Slower Internet Speeds

Hello, I have verizon gigabit internet. Since February I built a pc and was enjoying 700 mbps speeds using ethernet connection to my Nighthawk XR500. For the last couple months, I have been experience under 50 mbps speed and cannot figure out why. I have tried updating drivers and software and firmware but nothing has worked. I purchased boostspeed and optimized but has not worked. Any help would be appreciated. I get speeds of around 500 to 600 on my phone.

Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?

Issues with Auslogics software / BoostSpeed

Auslogics Shell Extensions and Startup

I recently looked into the Auslogics Startup Manager and Shell Extensions and I was alarmed to discover that 2 programs are listed as Dangerous. I have checked the web which lists these 2 program as 58% malicious. The programs relate to the Motherboard hardware installation. They are ASUS.com and atkexComSvc.exe. According to the various web sites the way to remove them is to go to Control Panel Programs and Features and to uninstall. But on my configuration they are not listed in the program list. Auslogics reports them as Dangerous. How do I use Auslogics to disable/remove/unistall?

При открытии web старниц в Хроме и Яндекс браузере часто страница сразу переходит в ее нижнюю часть. (Для перехода на верх страницы надо нажать кнопку Home на клавиатуре. )

Подозреваю, что это связано с дополнением, показывающим боковые вертикальные вкладки vtabs

USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter does not indetify network

I have just purchased a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter and I cannot connect to the internet with it. The device connects to my computer and is recognised, but it says "Unidentified Network" and underneath "No Network". My machine uses Windows 10. Can you help fix this problem?

I have exchanged the USB-C device because I thought it was faulty, but the same problem is repeated.
