Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Laptop slow on startup
Hi there,
I have a new laptop with a high spec. However, for the first hour each day, it runs as slowly as an old 486 machine, then suddenly it catches up with itself and runs superbly all day.
I've checked everything:
Programs in the Start menu
ESET and OneDrive behaviour
Updates behaviour
BIOS settings
Everything I can think of and a hundred things I've learned about...
I've uninstalled some of the programs, but now I'm thinking I should uninstall everything and reinstall Windows 10.
Any ideas before I try the Windows 10 reinstall?
NOTES (1) I did try the upgrade to Windows 11 when I first got the machine, however, I didn't like it and went back to Windows 10; it was slow in the short time that I ran Windows 11 too, so I don't konw if that means something, like maybe it's a hardware issue? (2) It was a demo machine in the store where I bought it.

freeing Memory usage
Hi Guys,
I have noticed some apps reserves too much memory for itselfs like Google Chrome,
is it possible to get Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to free some of the memory on a regular basis, for example when it reaches 85% of usage?
also it would be nice to improve memory and CPU by disabbling things that are not required when we want to get out more performance from our PC,
The BS12 RAM and CPU optimization seems to be going into that direction, but require a little bit of more control over processes?

Windows search indexer
Hi there,
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU
Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.

Right Click opens very slowly
Right click on file explorer options (such as copy) takes forever to load. Right click on any file takes forwver to load options.

I am unable to switch to keyboard Chinese Input Method after using Auslogics BootstSpeed
After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).
I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.
I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.
The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).
I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
Gah. Cannot access Report
I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

This app won't run on your pc
I purchased this software to get rid of "This app won't run on your pc". So far, I have not managed to solve the issue. Is this software capable of fixing this problem?

Auslogics bootSpeed 12のマイタスクの項目を処理したら、外付けHDDのデーターが消去されてしまいました。あまり画面を見ず、いいかげんに処理してしまいました。
File Recoveryでデーターを復元したいのですが、その方法を教えて下さい。
尚外付けHDDは、デスク管理上では、認識しています。RAW 正常 ベーシック データーパーティションとなっています。
しかしエラーメッセージがでます。F:￥にアクセスできません。このボリュームは認識可能なファイルシステムではありません。必要なファイルシステムドライバーがすべて読み込まれているか、ボリュームが壊れていないか確認してください。とのエラーメッセージです。
コンピュータ上では認識していますが、しかしFile Recovryを開くと、HDDは認識されていません。どうしたらいいのでしょうか？？？
このHDDには、重要なデーターが入っています。データー復元は失敗でいません。
ダメでしたら、業者にだします。

I have just purchased a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter and I cannot connect to the internet with it. The device connects to my computer and is recognised, but it says "Unidentified Network" and underneath "No Network". My machine uses Windows 10. Can you help fix this problem?

При открытии web старниц в Хроме и Яндекс браузере часто страница сразу переходит в ее нижнюю часть. (Для перехода на верх страницы надо нажать кнопку Home на клавиатуре. )

My question is whether the software Auslogics Registry Cleaner 9 is not already included in the software BoostSpeed in its Pro Version. I will have to purchase and register both softwares? The BoostSpeed Pro Version will not be enough to bring my PC the best performance?

Slower Internet Speeds
Hello, I have verizon gigabit internet. Since February I built a pc and was enjoying 700 mbps speeds using ethernet connection to my Nighthawk XR500. For the last couple months, I have been experience under 50 mbps speed and cannot figure out why. I have tried updating drivers and software and firmware but nothing has worked. I purchased boostspeed and optimized but has not worked. Any help would be appreciated. I get speeds of around 500 to 600 on my phone.
