Windows 10 Reliability Monitor issue.

I am using Windows 10 20H2 version and BoostSpeed 12 new version.
Control Panel>Security and Maintenance>Reliability Monitor activated history is not available but for 1 day, no computer
reliability and problem history is shown in the graphic display. I have a lap top computer with the same setup as my desktop
and deleted BoostSpeed 12 from the laptop. The reliability and problem history started to show up on the chart. I conclude that there is something in the BoostSpeed software that is affecting this control panel issue. Got any fixes?

takes 7 hours to defrag 18 files on a portable HD

Why is it taking 8 hours to only defrag 18 files on an "easystore" 5TB portable HD. 790 files on this HD is said to be fragmented. at this speed, it will take me months to defrag this HD. can I speed up the defrag speed?

Using Dedicated Graphics Card

Hello there,
I've got a problem with switching to my dedicated graphics card. For some reason games like CS:GO tend to run on integrated graphics. I've tried everything such as going to Nvidia Contol Panel and choosing cs:go, and setting it on my Nvidia card. When I go to Graphics settings and choose CS:GO it says Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 for Power Saving and High Performance (which it shouldn't be like this) . I've installed the latest version of my Nvidia Card ( which is 391.35). The only way I can use my Nvidia Graphics for CS:GO is that I have to disable Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 in Device Manager (which then I'm limited to 60HZ and can't change color settings)
I'm using an Asus Laptop( Asus K53SV)
Here is some information about the hardware that I'm using:
Geforce GT 540M
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

Hello Auslogics

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Location in Privacy setting

I cannot switch Location on in privacy settings i have scoured the web and tried numerous "fixes" under Services and Registry to no avail i think it maybe something to do with the Administration profile login, I have tried creating another admin login "Test" but the problem persists, I have even upgraded to windows 10 Pro but still the issue is thier would appreciate a fix. I have attached a screen shot to assist with identification

BoostSpeed 12 clobbers Voice Recognition.

I am running Windows 10 Build 19042-2009 BoostSpeed 12 Pro. I use Microsofts Voice Recognition with Language Microsoft Speech Recognizer 8.0 for Windows (English - US). When I installed BoostSpeed and run the scan and resolve. It clobbers Voice Recognition. I get this error message after. "Speech recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported.The recognizer language must match the language of the user interface." Checking the configuration shows that the language configuration is still what it was before it stopped working.

I run the rescue undo, and it still does not allow voice recgnition to run. I have to reinstall windows to get it to work. I have excluded Microsofts Speech folder from appdata and protected several keys in the registry to try to prevent this. Nothing I do seems to resolve the situation.
Please help.

Slower Internet Speeds

Hello, I have verizon gigabit internet. Since February I built a pc and was enjoying 700 mbps speeds using ethernet connection to my Nighthawk XR500. For the last couple months, I have been experience under 50 mbps speed and cannot figure out why. I have tried updating drivers and software and firmware but nothing has worked. I purchased boostspeed and optimized but has not worked. Any help would be appreciated. I get speeds of around 500 to 600 on my phone.

Unmount drives

Please tell me why on earth your programme needs to unmounts two drives after the defragmentation process, the one (J:\) that has been defragmented and the other one (O:\) that was not touched by any process of the defragmentation. Only restarting the Win10 operating system made the drives be mounted again, even a partitioning programme (MiniTool) did not find the drives before restart! Next question: how do I prevent this from happening again?

Fences Requires Reentry of Product Code Everytime BoostSpeed Runs

Hi,

I have had Fences for many years. When BoostSpeed runs its weekly maintenance, I must re-enter the Fences Product Key to re-register the product. I do this and Fences works fine again.

This problem occurred several years ago and you provided a fix where BoostSpeed does not delete/address a file required for Fences related to the product key.

Would you please re-send those instructions if that would resolve the issue or advise other solutions to resolve?

Access to program affeced by scan

Every time your program scans my computer it affects the "Fences" program.
It then requires me to re-register that I am entitled to use the program using exactly the same password every time.
Surely it is possible for the scan to bypass making any changes like this....

Transfer of Auslogics boot-speed and main question about my current laptop situation

Greetings Aus Q,

Go ahead and ding me if this is perceived as more than one question.

Currently, I'm using my old laptop with Win 7 and BIOS date October 2009, with 2 GB memory stick added for a total of 4GB. Over a year ago, I bought a Dell Inspirion 15 3000 (3565). Within the warranty period, on the 1803 or 1809 Win 10 update, something happened. Sent back to Dell, and got motherboard replaced and something else. Other issue was my display. Dell said I broke the display and would not fix it.

Money was tight and I could not replace it and went back to my current laptop on Win 7. I spend too much time trying to keep my Win 7 laptop running at a decent clip with the quality Auslogics boot-speed program.

A) I was surprised when I checked Amazon, they have a great price on replacement displays. If I could get a new display, add an extra 4 GB mem stick to give me 8 GB RAM, and research a compatible( or suggestions from you) quality SSD to rplace my HDD for under $200, or buy new laptop with the necessary chit for my sole proprieter business in the $400-600 price range; what would you do?

B) With Win 7 losing support in a month, and all the Win 10 update problems, I was thinking about transitioning to a Linux distro similar to Windows. Make sense from a security issue position?

C) Is it worth looking for a higher end almost new/used laptop on Craigslist or other avenue?

D) Also, my AUS b-s license, can I transfer it to my Dell or to the new pc?.

Kaspersky will not run

Where is my software

I have used your software for years now.
I purchased new copies of Boostpeed and DriverUpdater
I don't have driverupdater on my computer just the web version
The webversion caused my windows not to reboot
I've had to re install everything
I would like to run driver updater but do not trust it without some sort of supervision
Can't go through this again

Language bar disappeared after using your software

Hi,

after I installed and used BootSpeed, the language bar is gone.

In windows the option "use the desktop language bar when it's available" is on but even so the language bar is missing from the taskbar in Win 10.

I really need it back.
