I have AOL Desktop Gold & it worked good for a few years, then when I signed in, the orange ball appeared, and after that, nothing; AOL trtied to fix it, via reinstall but couldn't. Any suggestions?

EWhy does every time i run the BoostSpeed 12 scan it deletes all of my Spotify downloaded playlist files?

Periodic loss of sound for 1 second in the processor power supply mode "balanced," "high performance." In the "energy saving" mode, this is not! Is it possible to solve this problem? The drivers are fresh, so is Windows.

Is there something stopping me from changing Windows Installer from manual?
HP Smart will not install correctly and HP Support says an antivirus or other control program has changed the settings and locked it so outside individuals can not install software on my system?
empty folder cleaned doesn't work
When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

boostspeed being blocked
Hi. I have recently downloaded malwarebytes and it wont allow anything through from auslogics and deletes the program then wont let me download boostspeed12 again. I have tried the ignore list, but still no good. any help please? ozzyos

Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?
restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

however,what appears to have happened is that my programme has disappeared and access to all my Office files with it.

Empty Folder finder
I have run this a few times and it always finds new empty folders. Why does this happen? Also there are always some that can't be deleted. Again why please?

Windows freezes frequently
I cannot seem to resolve the freezing problem. sometimes it freezes after a very short time after start-up and occassionally it works for quite sometime before it freezes again.
Do you have any suggestios what I can do to stop this or how I can find what may be causing this.
I am not a technical person so any answer have to be spoon-fed.

Display of Registry Cleaner
I have installed BoostSpeed on my desktop where it works fine and also installed on my HP Mini Laptop where the display resolution is limited to a maximum of 1024/800. When I want to run the Registry Cleaner the "Scan" button is out of range on the screen and therefore I cannot execute the Cleaner. I have tried everything I know to alter the size of the program display but cannot.
Is there any way to execute the Cleaner since I cannot have access to the scan button? This message was prepared from my desktop so any information sent to you is not from the Mini. I will resend from the Mini if you require.
