I recently installed Microsoft Office 2019 on my Win 10 computer. Each time I use your Bootspeed 11 software, and when I access my Office 2019 software, I get an error message "Operatng system is not presently configured to run this application". What can I do to correct this? I am reluctant to use Auslogics software if it continues to prevent me from accessing my MS office software. Please advise. Thank you.

How do you enable hard disk spindown after it has been turned off using the maintain tool? I've searched but cannot find the option. Thank you.
keyboard mis function
since updates to win 10 my laptop no longer has functioning shift keys. i have checked sticky keys etc are all off. i have deleted driver for keyboard, restarted laptop to reinstall driver. i have been to laptop compies website and can find no driver updates for my model. acer 771555z.

Printer not connecting
I recently used Auslogics to clean my computer. I believe I went to "optimize" to perform a deeper clean up. The question came up at the end to clean which I clicked on. My printer is now showing default, I cannot get it to connect to my internet either by the "wizard" or manually. HELP!!!
Issues Microsoft Flight Simulator (FS2020)
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. Auslogics Shell Extensions and Startup
I recently looked into the Auslogics Startup Manager and Shell Extensions and I was alarmed to discover that 2 programs are listed as Dangerous. I have checked the web which lists these 2 program as 58% malicious. The programs relate to the Motherboard hardware installation. They are ASUS.com and atkexComSvc.exe. According to the various web sites the way to remove them is to go to Control Panel Programs and Features and to uninstall. But on my configuration they are not listed in the program list. Auslogics reports them as Dangerous. How do I use Auslogics to disable/remove/unistall?

restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

I recently upgraded my hd to a ssd..
On some pages of Auslogics it shows new ssd and capacity but on others it still shows old removed hd.
Can you advise please

Display problem with Outlook and Excel
Any suggestions on how to resolve this display problem?
Outlook & Excel screen displays are half missing. Happened about a week ago after installing Auslogics programs. ( could just be a coincidence ) .
Other Microsoft 365 programs and everything else displays correctly .
WINDOWS 10 & 365 have been reinstalled a few times but the problem persists.
WINDOWS repair facilities have been tried without success.
Microsoft Support unable to resolve it.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

problem with auslogics
Предпросмотр вложенных в сообщение файлов Excel и Word
Добрый день!
Скажите, пожалуйста, что нужно сделать, чтобы в окне сообщения отображался предпросмотр вложенного в сообщение файла программ MS Office в форматах Excel и Word (в то же время предпросмотр вложенных в сообщения файлов в формате .pdf отображается нормально)? Я пробовал разные варианты, которые рекомендуются в интернет - ничего не помогает.
Похожая проблема с невозможностью отображения предпросмотра файлов Excwl в проводнике, в то время как файлы других форматов (кроме Excel) отображаются.
Смотри приложенные скриншоты.
Это взаимосвязанные проблемы (отображение предпросмотра файлов в Outlook и проводнике)?
Что нужно сделать, чтобы решить эти проблемы? Прежде всего нужно решить проблему в Outlook.
