The lap top I use is fairly new, but is running windoews 10 pro, Microsoft constantly urge me to load certain up dates and when I try the message is cannot comply you need to purchase windows 365 for instance, but I have a perfectly good windows office already loaded can I stop the 365 nonsense or must i spend and buy 365.

when attempting to open Scanner, i receive the above message, but no information is given.
I have tested the scanner (epson xp 510) on another pc with no problems.

Tengo instalado el software BoostSpeed 13 en mi portàtil.
Cada vez que inicio sesion aparece un mensaje dandome opcion de descargar nuevamente el programa que ya tengo actualizado.

Can not delete most recent Restore Point or any other point
Hi,
I've tried many methods to delete most recent Restore Point or any other point even via the cmd prompt *deleting shadow copies) and it doesn't work. I installed some software my IOBIT Uninstaller cannot find to uninstall and it is not in the list of Add/Remove programs but they are 368MB in size and installed in my pc and cannot llocate them. Only going back to my previous restore point would work and I try to do it but it does not work. PC boots up saying system restore failed most likely dur to active anti-virus software but I have my Bitdefender dissabled permanently when I did the restore point procedure.
Any ideas? Could Bootspeed interfere with restoring the pc at an earlier restore point?

Latest update for boostspeed will not install. I have 13.0.0.1........ 13.0.0.2 will not install.
Auslogic 13 update problem
Trying to update the new version from 13.0.0.1 to 13.0.0.2 - updater stating that Auslogic 13 is running and it will shut down program and proceed with update - this goes on and doesn't work

Since installing BoostSpeed and using the various tools, my computer Location function is no longer operable. In Settings, all options to switch location settings on are greyed out. I have follewed various YouTube suggestions to no avail. One Registry key the videos refer to I don't seem to have anymore, although I can't find it deleted in BoostSpeed bin. The key is:- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lfsvc\TriggerInfo
Any ideas? Not sure how much info you need from me or how much you already know. I need to resolve this issue. I do not want to do a clean install of Windows 10 as I will lose all my Apps etc. I am not a computer expert by any means, so please keep any suggestions simple for me to understand. Thanks.

добрый день, как ваша система моет навредить компьютеру или системе, она внесла изменения на пк отключила достуа к микрофону и камере, но я включил, я попытался сделать востоновления виндоус но очень долго востонавливаетет реестьр, я так и не дождался и перегрузил пк и теперю боюсь что ваша программа внесла изменения и придется переустоновливать виндоус, что делать, так вроде вск работает, как проверть, правильно ли работает щас система? спасибо

...при установке второй системы (windows7), при уже существующей (windows10), на отдельный диск, после загрузки BIOS, мышь и клавиатура перестаёт работать. Что бы Вы посоветовали?

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.

I used the file recovery service - your program found about 46000 deleted files (be somebody or a virus). How can I tell the program to recover all the files, w/o marking the 46000 foles one by one?

Hi,
From time to time I get a notification that "Windows Start up took 1m 40sec" or similar with the suggestion that I look at the start up programmes with, I presume, the idea of reducing that time.
I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

hello,my laptop has had an issue where the settings app does not open because it does not have an app associated with it. How can i fix this issue? It does not open at all.

Я хотел повысить fps помоему я снял что-то с диспетчера задач,и вводил команды в консоль в игре CS:GO в мастерской карте BENCHMARK. И, до этих изменении у меня было около 70-100 fps, а сейчас fps 40-60. Что мне делать? Подскажите, пожалуйста!

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help.
