Deleted files
When removing files to speed up the computer, BoostSpeed deleted *.wsw files essential to my business. These are a part of a software application called Website-Watcher and include several hundred "bookmarks" that took years to develop. Can you tell me where they went and how I might recover them?
Windows system font distortion
After running Auslogics Registry Cleaner 9, I rebooted my Windows 10 PC and now the system font is distorted in Windows and Chrome.

Can not print
Since I did the clean up on my computer I can not print. It is a network printer and the IP guy said the connection is good but something is blocking my computer from seeing the printer and communicating with it.
Hard drive not showing up on optimize screen
When using windows explorer, a specific hard drive is not showing up when I check the optimize box. I can scan and repair it but not optimize it. I used the free degrament tool by auslogics but even after auslogics deframented it, it is not showing up.
Should I be concerned about this? What does this mean?

PC slows down after a period of being on, following re-boot.
This has happened a while (over a year): I leave my PC on 24/7 to get updates, etc.
After I re-boot it works fine but several hours or perhaps a day later, the PC slows down and re-quires another re-boot.
I just noticed today, after upgrading to V 12.3.0.1 that, although it still slows down, I selected the Disable BoostSpeed instead of leaving BoostSpeed running in the background, and the PC immediately sped up to normal! This is the first time I have tried that.
Have you run into this anomoly before and/or do you have a fix for this?

Slow computer
Hello,
Before I started to use Auslogics my computer was very slow. Then I used your Auslogics and the computer was much faster. However, few days aftrer it become slow again from day to day. Every few days i do full Scan and Clean and it help a little bit (it become a bit faster , but not as it was the first time i did the first scan and then again after few hours it become slow again,

full C drive
A problem with a small space on the C disk. How else to free up space on the C disk? Which program files can I transfer to an external disk and make win 10 work without problems?

Здравствуйте, недавно начались проблемы с игровым ноутбуком, а именно низкие fps в играх, для сравнения, буквально месяц назад в игре counter strike global offencive было больше 200 fps, на данный момент выше 60 не поднимается ( проблема не в самой игре, в других тоже самое даже на низких настройках ) Ноутбуку год. Пересмотрев множество видео с вариантами решения проблемы, все равно не повышается качество игры. Уже и очистку, и сканирование делала с помощью вашей программы, все равно не выходит. Computer shutting off

добрый день, как ваша система моет навредить компьютеру или системе, она внесла изменения на пк отключила достуа к микрофону и камере, но я включил, я попытался сделать востоновления виндоус но очень долго востонавливаетет реестьр, я так и не дождался и перегрузил пк и теперю боюсь что ваша программа внесла изменения и придется переустоновливать виндоус, что делать, так вроде вск работает, как проверть, правильно ли работает щас система? спасибо
отказ работы мыши и клавиатуры при установке системы
...при установке второй системы (windows7), при уже существующей (windows10), на отдельный диск, после загрузки BIOS, мышь и клавиатура перестаёт работать. Что бы Вы посоветовали?

Il est trop lent,il bloque ma machine en permanence alors qu'avec le 10.24 et avant cà fonctionnait super.
Faites quelque chose dans cette direction.J'ai essaié de rajouter un ficher langue LNG français mais cà ne marche pas
avec votre nouvelle version.Pensez qu'il n'y a pas que seulement l'anglais dans le monde [L'australie est une ancienne

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
file recovery
I used the file recovery service - your program found about 46000 deleted files (be somebody or a virus). How can I tell the program to recover all the files, w/o marking the 46000 foles one by one?

Hi,
From time to time I get a notification that "Windows Start up took 1m 40sec" or similar with the suggestion that I look at the start up programmes with, I presume, the idea of reducing that time.
I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. slow wifi speed

Здравствуйте. Сегоодня вышла новая версия программы и возникает резонный вопрос - как установить обновление? Придется полностью удалять старую версию (с помощью спецпрограмм типа Revo) и устанавливать новую? Или есть еще другой вариант?
