Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Laptop slow on startup
Hi there,
I have a new laptop with a high spec. However, for the first hour each day, it runs as slowly as an old 486 machine, then suddenly it catches up with itself and runs superbly all day.
I've checked everything:
Programs in the Start menu
ESET and OneDrive behaviour
Updates behaviour
BIOS settings
Everything I can think of and a hundred things I've learned about...
I've uninstalled some of the programs, but now I'm thinking I should uninstall everything and reinstall Windows 10.
Any ideas before I try the Windows 10 reinstall?
NOTES (1) I did try the upgrade to Windows 11 when I first got the machine, however, I didn't like it and went back to Windows 10; it was slow in the short time that I ran Windows 11 too, so I don't konw if that means something, like maybe it's a hardware issue? (2) It was a demo machine in the store where I bought it.

freeing Memory usage
Hi Guys,
I have noticed some apps reserves too much memory for itselfs like Google Chrome,
is it possible to get Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to free some of the memory on a regular basis, for example when it reaches 85% of usage?
also it would be nice to improve memory and CPU by disabbling things that are not required when we want to get out more performance from our PC,
The BS12 RAM and CPU optimization seems to be going into that direction, but require a little bit of more control over processes?

Windows search indexer
Hi there,
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU
Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.

Right Click opens very slowly
Right click on file explorer options (such as copy) takes forever to load. Right click on any file takes forwver to load options.

I am unable to switch to keyboard Chinese Input Method after using Auslogics BootstSpeed
After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).
I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.
I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.
The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).
I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
Gah. Cannot access Report
I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

My mouse freezes, lags which was not doing in the past
I am a long time professional and I am actually quite tech savvy. I use the computer very very clean (obsessive level) But my mouse started to lag recently. I have downloaded Auslogics Pro (thats how we met) Even though I liked the software, it didnt solve the problem.

Il est trop lent,il bloque ma machine en permanence alors qu'avec le 10.24 et avant cà fonctionnait super.

file recovery
I used the file recovery service - your program found about 46000 deleted files (be somebody or a virus). How can I tell the program to recover all the files, w/o marking the 46000 foles one by one?

Hi,
From time to time I get a notification that "Windows Start up took 1m 40sec" or similar with the suggestion that I look at the start up programmes with, I presume, the idea of reducing that time.
I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

Я хотел повысить fps помоему я снял что-то с диспетчера задач,и вводил команды в консоль в игре CS:GO в мастерской карте BENCHMARK. И, до этих изменении у меня было около 70-100 fps, а сейчас fps 40-60. Что мне делать? Подскажите, пожалуйста!

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.

Right Click Menu
Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. slow wifi speed
HP laptop is very slow on wifi. I have high speed internet service (over 300MB) but i consistently get only 23 on uploads and 30 on downloads
