Buenos dias, tengo un problema con la aplicacion Auslogics Driver Update, ya solicite anteriormente me solucionen este problema, inclusive me solicitaron que reinstale el aplicativo, pero no se soluiciona este proble, por favor tengo que actualizar algunos drivers, pero se queda la PC congelada cuando va hacr la actualizacion de dichos driver, para constancia les envio fotos del problema.

Interfearing with VPN

Hi,
Whenever my VPN connects to the internet, the Auslogics Bootspeed notifies, an attempt to change the DNS was diplayed. Well if I connect via VPN it will change the DNS. My question is does your softwere blocks the attempted change of DNS or it's only a notification. If it blocks then how do I dissable it as I want my VPN more than your software.

I have windows installed on my SSD and HDD so how do I transfer data from one installation to the other without cloning

So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. Pls Help as quickly as possible,

Boot Speed, or Restart Speed

The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. Please help.I'm not sure if this is a windows question or a software question. thanks. Paul

My mouse freezes, lags which was not doing in the past

I am a long time professional and I am actually quite tech savvy. I use the computer very very clean (obsessive level) But my mouse started to lag recently. I have downloaded Auslogics Pro (thats how we met) Even though I liked the software, it didnt solve the problem.

My laptop is Dell Vostro with i7 and 8GB Ram. Fairly new one (less than 1 year) But even with a simple operation (like opening Skype) it starts to level up fan noise and mouse starts to flicker, lag from time to time.

I formated everything on my computer (because this was not the case until very recently) but even that didnt help.

What can be the reason?

Ne me trouvez pas trop insistant mais j'essaie par tous les moyens d'utiliser votre nouvelle version ABSP 11.
Il est trop lent,il bloque ma machine en permanence alors qu'avec le 10.24 et avant cà fonctionnait super.
Faites quelque chose dans cette direction.J'ai essaié de rajouter un ficher langue LNG français mais cà ne marche pas
avec votre nouvelle version.Pensez qu'il n'y a pas que seulement l'anglais dans le monde [L'australie est une ancienne
colonie anglaise] mais tout de même.

Auslogics Boostspeed 12

My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.

Start Up

Hi,
From time to time I get a notification that "Windows Start up took 1m 40sec" or similar with the suggestion that I look at the start up programmes with, I presume, the idea of reducing that time.
I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

Дорогие разработчики программы Auslogics BootSpeed, у меня проблема.
Я хотел повысить fps помоему я снял что-то с диспетчера задач,и вводил команды в консоль в игре CS:GO в мастерской карте BENCHMARK. И, до этих изменении у меня было около 70-100 fps, а сейчас fps 40-60. Что мне делать? Подскажите, пожалуйста!

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.
Frage 1: Wenn ich es ignorieren kann (und gleich fünf mal), wofür ist es wichtig?
Frage 2: Wie schaltet man msedge.exe manuell ab?

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. Здравствуйте. Сегоодня вышла новая версия программы и возникает резонный вопрос - как установить обновление? Придется полностью удалять старую версию (с помощью спецпрограмм типа Revo) и устанавливать новую? Или есть еще другой вариант?
