Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Laptop slow on startup
Hi there,
I have a new laptop with a high spec. However, for the first hour each day, it runs as slowly as an old 486 machine, then suddenly it catches up with itself and runs superbly all day.
I've checked everything:
Programs in the Start menu
ESET and OneDrive behaviour
Updates behaviour
BIOS settings
Everything I can think of and a hundred things I've learned about...
I've uninstalled some of the programs, but now I'm thinking I should uninstall everything and reinstall Windows 10.
Any ideas before I try the Windows 10 reinstall?
NOTES (1) I did try the upgrade to Windows 11 when I first got the machine, however, I didn't like it and went back to Windows 10; it was slow in the short time that I ran Windows 11 too, so I don't konw if that means something, like maybe it's a hardware issue? (2) It was a demo machine in the store where I bought it.

freeing Memory usage
Hi Guys,
I have noticed some apps reserves too much memory for itselfs like Google Chrome,
is it possible to get Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to free some of the memory on a regular basis, for example when it reaches 85% of usage?
also it would be nice to improve memory and CPU by disabbling things that are not required when we want to get out more performance from our PC,
The BS12 RAM and CPU optimization seems to be going into that direction, but require a little bit of more control over processes?

Windows search indexer
Hi there,
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU
Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.

Right Click opens very slowly
Right click on file explorer options (such as copy) takes forever to load. Right click on any file takes forwver to load options.

I am unable to switch to keyboard Chinese Input Method after using Auslogics BootstSpeed
After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).
I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.
I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.
The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).
I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
Gah. Cannot access Report
I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

and when i check programe registertion its show this programe is registed. but I can not use it as the pro version.
it is still have the Activate pro Version button on the down right side.

pop up for ugrade when I already subscribe to boost 12
I upgraded to Boost12 quicte some time ago and yet I keep getting an annoying popup on my screen to upgrade. I need this to stop and this should not count as one of my questions because it is purely an issue on your end.
No Windows Update KB5008212
From a couple of months now, I am unable to install Windows Update "Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64 Systems (KB5008212)". Windows Update is urging me to do so, but all I get is error (0x800f0831). I've tested all kind of solutions from Microsoft and other sources, and tried al least a dozen times, with no success. Some sources insists in the fact you need previous updates installed before this oner, and Bootspeed 12 clears update files as a part of Windows Slimmer tool. Is the first time I experience a problem like this and, even not critical, is worrying me because I can get a solution. Best regards.

When I close Outlook it does close OK
But when I reopen in morning I always get message it did not close correctly "Something stopped it form closing" Do I want to restore to previuos". I click yes and it opens

SSD optimization for a whole day

I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

High CPU Usage
My CPU usage shows almost 100% for sometime when I start my system or even sometime while working too. It remains at 100% for almost 15 - 20 min or more even when application is open. I tried all options in Auslogics to resolve it out but nothing is working.
Please suggest for any further option which can help out.

Not able to install an upgrade for Boostspeed 12.2.0.0
I am unable to install the upgrade for Boostspeed 12..2.0.0 to 12.2.0.1
After completion of the upgrade software, the Help box remains showing my Version as 12.2.0.0
