software updates
in the last few weeks I have purchased several of Auslogics software programs. Since I began using the software, 3 of the programs have been updated with an additional cost. When I originally subscribed to the software I did not expect to have to pay for updates
only after a yearly subscription and the a possible update of the price.Although I have found the software to be good, the prices are somewhat higher than other products on the market such as CCleaner, Malwarebytes and F Secure which I also use with fixed prices for a yearly subscripton withou additional costs for updates. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE ALLOCATED PERIOD BECAUSE MY FEELING IS THAT THE TOTAL PACKAGE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT VALUE FOR THE COST INVOLVED.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS AS ABOVE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT AUSLOGICS SOFTWARE ALLOWS INCREASED MANAGEMENT OF MY WINDOWS 10 PC , HOWEVER I AM NOT CONVINCED THE EXTRA COST IS WARRANTED.

System Scan
Every time I run a system scan Boostspeed highlights the TCP/IP internet setting as needing attention. It then says it's resolved it. This occurs on every system scan run.

Background processes
I have the idea that background processes lower the framerates of my flight simulator, leading to stutters. When I examine the resource monitor, I see that about 200 background processes are running, even when totally none program is active. I cannot image why all those processes are neccessary. All those processes have names that doesn't give my any insight in what all those processes are doing. How can I find out which processes I can stop and which are mandatory?

How do I Re-enable the Windows key on the keyboard. Something in Boostspeed disabled it.
Addressing a specific drive
Firstly, what a wonderful piece of software. Always very cautious about programmes which can permanently delete items and never apologise when deleting an incorrect one. So far this is behaving perfectly.
My question is, is it possible to adress just a specific disk, for instance, can I ask the software to only process a requirement on my I drive or any other drive.
By chance is this an Australian designed programme?

I hope this finds you well! I am tryinbg to install the above graphics card to my system (ASRock RX 6800 Phantom Gaming Graphics Card) and I am not getting my system to post. I am runing a Ryze 7 3800X on an ASRock B550M Pro4 motherboard, with 32 GB RAM, a 1TB Corsair NvMe card in the 4.0 PCIe slot, 500 GB NVMe card in the other 3.0 M2 slot, 500 GB digital drive and a 4 TB Hard Drive internally. This is all powered with a 800W PSU.
The card has been tested and is good, what am I missing to make this card post?!!

I am the Ceo of 4 companies in south africa you can look up mark webb ceo south africa on linkadin I have been using your amazing product for many years please refer to my account the reason i am writing to you is i find the way you go about bringing out boostspeed 13 then giving me a discount is in my opionion not the best way to keep customers comming back

Bluescreen after using Driver Updater
Hi there,
Just installed my Driver Updater on my new PC and after updating the drivers and a required restart I get a Bluescreen with the message "Inacessible Boot Device" adn restarting does not help, nor does turning the desktop off and on again.
What to do now?

Store and related apps don't open
Al Microsoft apps including store will not open. I have attempted to restore the app ID service but get an "access denied" popup when clicking "apply". All other methods to restore the service have hailed as well. In conjunction, I am getting a notification that McAfee and Windows Defender are both turned off when McAfee is actually running.

I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. I have windows installed on my SSD and HDD so how do I transfer data from one installation to the other without cloning
So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. I use Bitdefender VPN for anonomous web usage on my Windows 10 desktop computer. I connect to the internet using a USB wifi adapter. Last week the program updated. Now everytime I connect I get a message from BoostSpeed 12 about an attempt to change DNS detected. The next line states- Adapter:TAP Windows Adapter v9. The next line states-Value: 198.51.100.1
How do I stop getting this particular notification without stopping all notifications?

Performace Issues
Recently, Whenever I reboot my system and run "scanner" I end up with 74 performance issues (file extension) like:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.asf\OpenWithList
Resolve supposedly corrects the problem, as with rescan, no issues remain. They reappear after reboot!
FYI, ccClean finds no registery issues.

far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again
The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG

I just purchased BoostSpeed 12 and installed, but errords pop when I try to enter my license key. I'm going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall in the meantime.
