printer does not print after running Auslogic
can you help to sort out problem with printing after "optimisation" of notebook by running Auslogic. Aslo smart car readerstopped working. Card reader was not recognised, one of the services was disabled by the Booster. Smart card reader problem was solved by enabling the service, but the printer does not work still.

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

My ETS5 still crashes upon opening. Is there some function in the registry cleaner that I have overlooked?
win 11 login issue
my laptop was set up with a email the i had to stop using because it was hacked, now when i try to log in the first login that is i see located in the center of the screen, that is the one that has the old email address. i also have two other emails that show up at the same time in the lower left side of the screen, either one will get me in, the old email will not let me get in, how do i remove the old email address from the login screen and pick of one of the two for primary login?

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Voice recognition does not work
Upon starting I get a message that voice recognition can not be started - that I have to correct the language in the master control. I have been trying for months to find that and can't get it to work. HP has been no help at all. I bought this for voice to type usage in Microsoft Word, but can not get it to function

Al Microsoft apps including store will not open. I have attempted to restore the app ID service but get an "access denied" popup when clicking "apply". So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. I want boost speed to startup when win 10 starts
I cannot get this boost speed 11 version to create a staru up buttom to check or uncheck. So, currently I must start my pc. Then start boost spped 11 and diminish to the lower tray daily. I would like to set it to Start each time my pc is turned on automatically.
I do get a failur when I try to set this auto run featur from the settings within boost speed 11. I seaprch online and cannot find an answer.

Hi, I was currently using Boostspeed12 daily until last week when I got the message that Integrator.exe failed, I have reverted to Boostspeed11 which still seems to work although it is limited compared to 12. When will this problem in 12 be corrected?

I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

I am having problems with Windows Word and Excvel !
I keep getting a message ' not responding' - when loading both Word and Excel - then after about 30 seconds it loads ?!
I have tried all sorts of published ways to correct this problem.
Is their a simple way to stop this annoying problem.

I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

My windows 10 always very busiy in 15-20 minutes almost every morning. I have install auslogic and it has make my workstation
far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again
The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG

I use Bitdefender VPN for anonomous web usage on my Windows 10 desktop computer. I connect to the internet using a USB wifi adapter. Last week the program updated. Now everytime I connect I get a message from BoostSpeed 12 about an attempt to change DNS detected. The next line states- Adapter:TAP Windows Adapter v9. The next line states-Value: 198.51.100.1
How do I stop getting this particular notification without stopping all notifications?
