Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Laptop slow on startup
Hi there,
I have a new laptop with a high spec. However, for the first hour each day, it runs as slowly as an old 486 machine, then suddenly it catches up with itself and runs superbly all day.
I've checked everything:
Programs in the Start menu
ESET and OneDrive behaviour
Updates behaviour
BIOS settings
Everything I can think of and a hundred things I've learned about...
I've uninstalled some of the programs, but now I'm thinking I should uninstall everything and reinstall Windows 10.
Any ideas before I try the Windows 10 reinstall?
NOTES (1) I did try the upgrade to Windows 11 when I first got the machine, however, I didn't like it and went back to Windows 10; it was slow in the short time that I ran Windows 11 too, so I don't konw if that means something, like maybe it's a hardware issue? (2) It was a demo machine in the store where I bought it.

freeing Memory usage
Hi Guys,
I have noticed some apps reserves too much memory for itselfs like Google Chrome,
is it possible to get Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to free some of the memory on a regular basis, for example when it reaches 85% of usage?
also it would be nice to improve memory and CPU by disabbling things that are not required when we want to get out more performance from our PC,
The BS12 RAM and CPU optimization seems to be going into that direction, but require a little bit of more control over processes?

Windows search indexer
Hi there,
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU
Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.

Right Click opens very slowly
Right click on file explorer options (such as copy) takes forever to load. Right click on any file takes forwver to load options.

I am unable to switch to keyboard Chinese Input Method after using Auslogics BootstSpeed
After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).
I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.
I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.
The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).
I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
Gah. Cannot access Report
I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

I want boost speed to startup when win 10 starts
I cannot get this boost speed 11 version to create a staru up buttom to check or uncheck. So, currently I must start my pc. Then start boost spped 11 and diminish to the lower tray daily. I would like to set it to Start each time my pc is turned on automatically.
I do get a failur when I try to set this auto run featur from the settings within boost speed 11. I seaprch online and cannot find an answer.
Integrator.exe failures
Hi, I was currently using Boostspeed12 daily until last week when I got the message that Integrator.exe failed, I have reverted to Boostspeed11 which still seems to work although it is limited compared to 12. When will this problem in 12 be corrected?
Why does boostspeed try to defragment SSDs?
Why at all? Especially when Diskeeper 18 from Condusiv is running? How can I disable just that portion of Boostspeed so it never interferes and puts unnecessary load on the SSD?
Slow Word response
I am having problems with Windows Word and Excvel !
I keep getting a message ' not responding' - when loading both Word and Excel - then after about 30 seconds it loads ?!
I have tried all sorts of published ways to correct this problem.
Is their a simple way to stop this annoying problem.

I have Boostspeed 12.
Is there any benefit in having Defrag Ultimate? Boostspeed 12 includes defrag. Can Defrag Ultimate do anything the defrag in Boostspeed can't do?
Is Defrag Ultimate only intended to be used with Boostspeed 11, and earlier versions of Boostspeed?

DRIVER UPDATER REFUSES TO CONNECT
Any idea as to why this is happening? I have registered the program in the WIN firewall, but no success. All other Auslogics software is working without a hitch.

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.
If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.

Startup Applications Automatically Getting Disabled. They are enabled in the startup in Task Manager and then disabled when I restart the computer. How can I fix this?

Здравствуйте, недавно начались проблемы с игровым ноутбуком, а именно низкие fps в играх, для сравнения, буквально месяц назад в игре counter strike global offencive было больше 200 fps, на данный момент выше 60 не поднимается ( проблема не в самой игре, в других тоже самое даже на низких настройках ) Ноутбуку год. Пересмотрев множество видео с вариантами решения проблемы, все равно не повышается качество игры. Уже и очистку, и сканирование делала с помощью вашей программы, все равно не выходит. Пытаюсь также драйвера обновить. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что нужно сделать.
