I recently installed Microsoft Office 2019 on my Win 10 computer. Each time I use your Bootspeed 11 software, and when I access my Office 2019 software, I get an error message "Operatng system is not presently configured to run this application". What can I do to correct this? I am reluctant to use Auslogics software if it continues to prevent me from accessing my MS office software. Please advise. Thank you.

How do you enable hard disk spindown after it has been turned off using the maintain tool? I've searched but cannot find the option. Thank you.
keyboard mis function
since updates to win 10 my laptop no longer has functioning shift keys. i have checked sticky keys etc are all off. i have deleted driver for keyboard, restarted laptop to reinstall driver. i have been to laptop compies website and can find no driver updates for my model. acer 771555z.

Printer not connecting
I recently used Auslogics to clean my computer. I believe I went to "optimize" to perform a deeper clean up. The question came up at the end to clean which I clicked on. My printer is now showing default, I cannot get it to connect to my internet either by the "wizard" or manually. HELP!!!
Issues Microsoft Flight Simulator (FS2020)
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. Auslogics Shell Extensions and Startup
I recently looked into the Auslogics Startup Manager and Shell Extensions and I was alarmed to discover that 2 programs are listed as Dangerous. I have checked the web which lists these 2 program as 58% malicious. The programs relate to the Motherboard hardware installation. They are ASUS.com and atkexComSvc.exe. According to the various web sites the way to remove them is to go to Control Panel Programs and Features and to uninstall. But on my configuration they are not listed in the program list. Auslogics reports them as Dangerous. How do I use Auslogics to disable/remove/unistall?

windows 10 very slow
My windows 10 always very busiy in 15-20 minutes almost every morning. I have install auslogic and it has make my workstation
far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again
The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG
High system resource usage detected
Every day I do a scanning and resolve of issues found through this tool, however still suffering this issue.
Is there something you can help. My computer is a LENOVO AIO 520-24AST.

Is there any benefit in having Defrag Ultimate? Boostspeed 12 includes defrag. Can Defrag Ultimate do anything the defrag in Boostspeed can't do?
Is Defrag Ultimate only intended to be used with Boostspeed 11, and earlier versions of Boostspeed?

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. Sapete, per cortesia, indicarmi un modo per ripristinare il funzionamento dell'IRDA?.

Orphaned Print Spooler Files
Disable textinputhost.exe on Windows 10
This file is obviously spyware, and logs every key stroke one makes. I use to be able to disable it and did delete it using BoostSpeed13, but now it has locked itself, so i can no longer disable or delete it.
When i disable it, it shows in the task manager and the Services tab that it is still running even with it being disabled. If i close it using task manager, as soon as i hit a key on the keyboard, it reopens. There is one other program that is very similar to this and also opens and runs, clipmanager i think it is called. I can disable this, but it also comes back, not immediately but normally within the day.
How can i deleted these files or disable them perminently - they were never part of Windows 10 until very recently, so hence i beleiev e they are key logers and spyware.

Computer freezes for 5 - 6 seconds every 2 - 3 minutes, maybe less.
In a nutshell - my desktop freezes for about 5 - 8 seconds and it seems to occur every 2 - 3 minutes. ....It just locked as I'm writting this.
