Cannot activate
I HAVE PAID FOR on 1/20/22, AND DOWNLOADED BOOST SPEED 12.2.0.0. AND REGISTERED WITH THE SUPPLIED KEY.
WHEN I TRY TO USE THIS VERSION, IT STATES I HAVE ONLY THE FREE VERSION, AND WHEN I TRY TO USE THE PRO VERSION THE WEBSITE WANTS ME TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN,BUT SAYS IT IS REGISTERED ALL OK
FOR EXAMPLE WHEN I TRY TO DEFRAG, IT ONLY DEFRAGS, I CAN NO LONGER DEFRAG AND OPTIMSE MY DISCS AS BEFORE

Not able to install an upgrade for Boostspeed 12.2.0.0

After completion of the upgrade software, the Help box remains showing my Version as 12.2.0.0

Купил лицензию на ABSpeed 26-го июля 2021 года. Действительна ещё 181 день.
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Drive C: - Reports Disk has errors
The subject report appears in the attached PDF file. APPARENTLY YOUR SYSTEM DOESN'T ACCEPT PDF FILES SO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL HAVE TO DO.
Despite the statement that the report provides details on disk error check AND REPAIR RESULTS, the report simply states that my C:Drive has errors.
There is no indication as to what the errors are or that they have been repaired; on the contrary the errors have not been identified nor have they apparently been repaired.
How do I find out what the errors are and how do I repair them?

Unable to activate Auslogics Bootspeed 12 PRO Version
I have been having issues now for more than a week I keep getting the message the my PRO Version is not atctivated despite me doing it countless times. Please can you advise what to do.
Windows refusing access as administrator
Why has Windows started to refuse access to my newer version of Defrag? I have had to take it off my laptop and reinstall an older version to attain use of my perfectly safe and legitimate copy
Could not activated my license
I have bought the pro license at July 2021 and used this software until mid of january. Suddenly the software ask me again for license code, and after I input my code, the software still on free version mode and not changed to PRO version. Please assist me regarding this problem
Program not registered

Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

Speakers pair but are then 'not discoverable'
Hi folks
Had been hoping your driver updater would resolve this problem - multiple bluetooth speakers/headphones (and possibly other devices) that had prevoiusly been used with this PC, and that can still be paired and unpaired to this PC, are now 'not discoverable' and thus cannot be used to play/record sound.
I've seen this mentioned in a couple of forums but for different devices. Mine include logitech x50 and jbl450bt

Duplicate fiel search on networked drive
I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 104 running v 6.10.9 with SMB, NFS and FTP services running. I seek a duplicate file app to reduce the number of duplicate files on the networked backup device folders. These folders are primarily PC backups of user files, like docs, pics and music. I can also access these files using Windows File Explorer with a mapped network drive.
Does Auslogic have a product that will do this? PC is WIndows 11 Pro. Nwtwork is wired and with a L2 managed gigabit switch using DHCP and static addresses. Looking to aviod downloading backup folders to a Windows PC and using a duplciate file app then uploading back to the NAS.

The lap top I use is fairly new, but is running windoews 10 pro, Microsoft constantly urge me to load certain up dates and when I try the message is cannot comply you need to purchase windows 365 for instance, but I have a perfectly good windows office already loaded can I stop the 365 nonsense or must i spend and buy 365.

I'm running Windows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad pc. For several months, Microsoft Works 9.0 Word Document takes about 55 seconds to initally open the first file. After that, it opens files in less than 5 seconds. I've done Repair and reloaded the software several times with no impovement. Microsoft Word works fine, opening files in less than 5 seconds. Any thoughts?

Windows Explorer Is SLOW To Search For Folders when I try to SAVE any type of file. The Scroll Bar at left side keeps jumping up & down, then the cursor begins to spin & spin as if in a freeze mode. Finally, all of these ODD Actions STOP & CALM DOWN. Then it
FINALLY allows me to click & select the Folder I need to get into. This is STRANGE. Can you explain WHY this is happening ?? YES

BoostSpeed reading errors
On the bottom strip of the main display on BoostSpeed there are alternating displays of some statistics for CPU HDD NET and RAM. All of these consistently show 0%. Why are they not reading?
Also I frequently get a pop-up suggeting I clear my browser cache because it contains anywhere from 23 to 46 TERABYTES of data. This is odd because I have only 3 TB of available storage on this machine.

Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD
Hey guys,
Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD and claims that it is HDD. Yes, I am sure it is SSD, all other software recognizes it as SSD (programs like Speccy, etc.).
How can this be fixed?

es posible con los programas que he adquirido xcon ustedes, poder recuperar mi dispositivo USB (memorias USB) que al colocarla en mi computador, me aparece que no la reconoce, dice que en mi dispositivo hay un error de comunicacion ( error 43) al parecer y no he podido usar mi memoria USB y alli tengo todos mis archivos.

Unstable screen images
My screen images can shake slightly and a purple haze appears on and off. Sometimes computer won't restart. Please advise.
Voice recognition does not work
Upon starting I get a message that voice recognition can not be started - that I have to correct the language in the master control. I have been trying for months to find that and can't get it to work. HP has been no help at all. I bought this for voice to type usage in Microsoft Word, but can not get it to function
