Connects but stil doesn't work
Using Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. This is the first and only time I have used this OS so I don't have any experience troubleshooting it or point of reference. I have multiple devices, headphones and other devices that I know work for Bluetooth conectively purposes but otherwise but when I attempt to use them on this laptop, Windows tells me that the devices are connecting to the Bluetooth device I have selected but I get no sound. The only thing I can tell you that stands out and is related is that it tells me under System/Bluetooth that the device is connected but when I go to System/Sound, the connected device will not show under Sound/Outbut Device even though it shows connected under Bluetooth. I have considered reloading the OS from scrath (factory reset etc.) but really don't want to go through all that. So I am asking if you have any ideas otherwise.

Festplattenbereinigung rückgängig machen
Hallo,
am 10.05 wurde eine Festplattenbereinigung durchgeführt. Dabei wurden Datein gelöscht, die nicht gelöscht werden sollteb. Es fehlen ganze Ordner von Dateinen, die dadurch gelöscht wurden.
Wie kann dieser vorgang wieder rückgängig gemacht werden?
es handelt sich speziell umd den "Download" ordner auf der SSD Festplatte C
"Festplattenbereinigung: Heruntergeladene Dateien"
Alle Daten sind gelöscht undich benötige diese jedoch.

Добрый день! В браузере с недавних пор стали произвольно чсасто обновляться открытые страницы. С чем это связано и как можно убрать это? После последнего обновления это появилось.
System is running slow
I am trying to run disk clean up & compress the file to increase space in C drive but I am getting error that some of the file is not working properly. I have to skip some of the files then I am able to compress the system files.

Task Manager on my Win 11 PC is showing CPU 29% busy (idling) whilst Auslogics view is showing 17%. Can you explain the difference?
Problem mit dem Optimieren in Disk Defrag 11
Ich habe eine Festplattenpartition, in der die Files über den gesamten Bereich verstreut sind, mit großen Lücken dazwischen. Bei Benutzung der Option "Defragmentieren und Optimieren" in der bei Auslogics gekauften Version Disk Defrag 11 steht der Rechner praktisch. Die Optimierung eines einzelnen kleinen Files dauert Minuten. Die Defragmentierung dagegen läuft normal. Da ich die Kaufversion wegen der Optimierungsoption erworben habe, bitte ich um eine Antwort, wie dieser Fehler beseitigt werden kann.

file recovery
I`ve recently done a deep scan with boost speed 13 which resulted in me losing all my download files from the users file. I`ve tried recovery several times using different restore points without any success. I ran advanced recovery software which tells me they have to be saved to another location. Selected drive D but still don`t see them. Is there any way i can recover my downloads with boost speed 13. ?

Здраствуйте мне очень нужна Ваша помощь, у меня не отрывает страницы ни один браузер .Интернет есть , есть гугл , есть опера . но не открывает . не работают ссылки . Иными словами даже не появляются окна после нажатия ярлыка картинки на которые клацаещь а толку нет. Интернет есть показывает статус что все работает , ошибок не находит программа сканирования ... Здравствуйте! Мой ноутбук для домашнего использования, сложность с тем что он очень долго загрудается и все остальные процессы идут с зависанием и долгой загрузкой, скачала вашу программу, как могла сама что то удаляла с компьютера, но знаний у меня в этой области нет, как мне оптимизировать его содержимое для стабильной работы и чтобы сканирование на мусор проходило автоматически.

laptop is shutting down 30 sec

Let me tell you that I am satisfied with the performance of the BostSpeed 13. Great Job.
I run the program, and everything is fine. The speed of the PC is unbelievable.
Except that, why does the laptop shut down 30 sec later under the electricity power and does not shut down when it is on battery power supply? Following the startup with battery I insert the plug of the electricity power and everting is running correctly. The matter is under electricity power plug in start up.
What can be the problem?

Quicken Lock
Occassionally, Quicken crashes. When it does, I must either force quit BoostSpeed or Restart my computer. This is because BoostSpeed locks the Quicken data file. I would like to exclude this file (or the containing folder) from any scanning or "interference" from BoostSpeed - can I do this? Is there any way to prevent BoostSpeed from tormenting my Quicken Files?

Sometimes a pop-up behind a screen that I am unaware of, like BoostSpeed, will render an application or camera immobile. How do I keep pop ups from happening? What can I do?
