Moving the $HOME$ Folder to amother drive
1. I regularily reinstall my system and need to move the system directories to another location.
2. I have an application that is looking to install a directory on the $HOME$ directory - currently this is on my C Drive and I need to move it to the D Drive.
I am looking for a script that will change the $HOME$ folder to the D Drive.
Please an you help I currently use windows 10 but will eventually be upgrading to windows 11

Fences Requires Reentry of Product Code Everytime BoostSpeed Runs
Hi,
I have had Fences for many years. When BoostSpeed runs its weekly maintenance, I must re-enter the Fences Product Key to re-register the product. I do this and Fences works fine again.
This problem occurred several years ago and you provided a fix where BoostSpeed does not delete/address a file required for Fences related to the product key.
Would you please re-send those instructions if that would resolve the issue or advise other solutions to resolve?

Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

Hey guys,
Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD and claims that it is HDD. Yes, I am sure it is SSD, all other software recognizes it as SSD (programs like Speccy, etc.).
How can this be fixed?

When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.

Pc still not operating smooth see no changes since using boost speed after two or three scans. maybe problem is windows or age of PC or Spectrum cable.
upgraging lost my registered status

I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

re windows 10 not updating from 1909 to 22H2.
Follow up on not being able to update to Windows 10 22H2 from 1909.
I have gone through all the suggestions. Update assistant ,Media creation tool,Update troubleshooter , resetting windows update components and still get the error: initiation failed during First-Boot phase at Migrate-Data.
USB bootable disk also did not succeed. I have disabled all periferals , ran fksdsk, restore health, checked that all drivers are up to date etc.. and still get the same error.
Error messages from windows logs : Error Essent 455 Loggin/Recovery. Error Security center 17 None. Error Application error 1000 Application crashing Events. Error Security-SPP 16385 None. These occur multiple times in the log file.
I also disabled Firewall and anti virus software, all to no avail.
Any idea what else I might try ?

Is it safe to delete this keys
Hi,
I tried to uninstall a software, but that doesn't seem to have gone well.
It is 4k video downloader.
Reinstalling doesn't work because I get the message that it is still there on my PC.
Now I have downloaded your software and when I search for keys of this 4k software, I get a list of almost 500 keys, see photo.
When I check, when I stand on it with the cursor, it all shows 4k.
Now my question is, is this safe to remove?

Laptop freezes on and off
Lenovo laptop freezes on and off. I have few apps open at the same time and I wfh these days. so I logged onto VDI to connect to my workspace. Can you remote login and help.

DirectPlay issue
Every since I installed Auslogics driver updater I keep getting a message that I need to install directplay. Directplay won't install on my computer and if I choose to skip the installation the attached notification constantly comes up. Is Auslogics driver updater or Bootspeed calling for this outdated windows feature. If I uninstall driver updater I don't get that notification.

Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

Whenever I open Auslogics BoostSpeed to start it does not open , after some 5 mins and several times of tries it will open but is so slow to start to scan ??? After long wait no report on any problems why it did not start. Is this the normal speed of BoostSpeed 13 ???
