Moving the $HOME$ Folder to amother drive
1. I regularily reinstall my system and need to move the system directories to another location.
2. I have an application that is looking to install a directory on the $HOME$ directory - currently this is on my C Drive and I need to move it to the D Drive.
I am looking for a script that will change the $HOME$ folder to the D Drive.
Please an you help I currently use windows 10 but will eventually be upgrading to windows 11

Fences Requires Reentry of Product Code Everytime BoostSpeed Runs
Hi,
I have had Fences for many years. When BoostSpeed runs its weekly maintenance, I must re-enter the Fences Product Key to re-register the product. I do this and Fences works fine again.
This problem occurred several years ago and you provided a fix where BoostSpeed does not delete/address a file required for Fences related to the product key.
Would you please re-send those instructions if that would resolve the issue or advise other solutions to resolve?

Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

Hey guys,
Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD and claims that it is HDD. Yes, I am sure it is SSD, all other software recognizes it as SSD (programs like Speccy, etc.).
How can this be fixed?

When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.

System is running slow
I am trying to run disk clean up & compress the file to increase space in C drive but I am getting error that some of the file is not working properly. I have to skip some of the files then I am able to compress the system files.

Every day after Windows startup I see a privacy warning from my antivirus software (Trend Micro Maximum Security) that one or more new files in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp is trying to access my C: drive, as it is protected against ransom attack by the antivirus software, and offering to block it.
The files being blocked are all of a certain type, ending .tmp.exe. File properties reveal them to be "7-Zip Standalone Console" files, and are executable.
For instance:

cec08685-b06f-4c1d-a05c-0333f9a5ce4e.tmp.exe
Are you able to tell me what this executable is doing in the background? I am suspicious of it.

Recordig Audio
I would like to record audio from my turntable (Line level) to my Dell 5567 Laptop. The only Recording device that windows detects (listed in the "Recording" tab of the "Sound" dialogue box) is "Microphone" Obviously I don't want to use Microphone as the Recording device.
I would like to use the 3.5mm Jack Speaker/Headphone socket as the Recording input device, but although it is listed as a Playback device, it is not listed as a Recording device.

Continuous self opening replication of 'my files' or 'This PC' files
Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

Votre logiciels a apparemment affecté certains liens, car on ne voit plus les vignettes des photos dans les Fichiers.
Pour les voir il faut les ouvrir les photos dans leur lecteur.
Peut-on les récupérer?

Olá, gostaria de saber, o por que do meu SSD sempre está com 20Gb ocupando espaç ociosoo, sendo que não instalei nenhum programa e para desocupar esse espaço tenho que rodar o programa Boostspeed, portanto gostaria de saber o que afço para que esse espaço não continuasse sendo ocupado?
