Sound interface stopped working on Windows 11
When running on an Asus TUF H310M with a Core i5 9400F and 16GB of RAM, it was working just fine.
Now, on the new setup, a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B760M with a Core i5 13th gen and 32GB of DDR5 RAM, the installation and driver setup ran okay. However, when playing any kind of music or sound file in any player, including YouTube, streaming services, you name it, it doesn't work. The sound feels 'cropped'; it plays extremely slow and low pitched, clearly malfunctioning.
Cubase 12 doesn't even recognize the device or the ASIO drivers for configuration.
I've been using the Toneport KB37 for music production and as a general soundcard for years, and on the old PC, it still works perfectly.
The same USB cable is being used on both PCs.
Am I missing any kind of configuration, new driver, or something that could make it work with Windows 11?

Can I download any of your software on trial basis?
Presently I am on trial bases using Auslogics Registry Cleaner 10.
My question is simple. Can I download and install any of the software you offer on a trial basis and if yes please tell me how.

PC not powering up
after replacing processor 1600 x to 5600 x and motherboard MSI B350m to ASUS B550m-a, PC won't power up when it was shut down for a few hours.. It will only start after multiple tries and cables disconnection.. etc after about 20 to 30 minutes.. Once it is up and running no issues whatsoever.. Now i leave it on sleep mode..
The new peocessor and motherboard are second hand ones..
We replaced CMOS battery but it did not solve the problem..
Any tips please?

Should I continue to wait (and if so, for how long) or should I cancel the installation and rollback to the older driver?
I have changed my power setting to High without any permission to go to sleep so the PC has not gone into sleep mode mid-process. I have also shut down most non-critical background processes (Steam, OneDrive, etc) to let Auslogics Driver Updater have as much CPU / RAM as needed.

My personal computer is PACKARD BELL - iMedia S 2885 Desktop PC
One of the cables is a 5amp cable and the other is a 10 amp cable. They both have the same connection at the other end to attach to the equipment.
I cannot find the manuals and am having no success online to find the answer.
Do you know which cable is for the monitor and which cable is for the personal computer.
Which devise is used with the 5 amp cable and which device is used with the 10 amp cable?

I'm new to the softward. Running v12.
Auslogic is running in the background, I guess. (I didn't start any actions since my recent reboot.)
It's using between 25 and 40% of my CPU capacity. I DO NOT want that to happen. If something's running on its own, how do i schedule it to run during the night.
Why is it doing that? What's running? How can I keep it from starting a process on it's own.
(I know i can hit "End task" in Task Mgr, but I wanted to know how to prevent this in the future.)

Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.
This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!
I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.
The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.
Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.
Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.
You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.
To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.
To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:
1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"
2. Select "Event Viewer"
3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection
4. Select "Administrative Events"
5. Expand the "Action" menu
6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."
7. Save log to PC

Your prompt response to my request for technical support is very much appreciated.
Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.
At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.
I remain grateful for your attention, time, effort and co-operation in this assisting me to resolve this issue.

Blue Screen
When ever I try to update any Auslogics software to the latest version, I get a blue screen error on my laptop. This happened earlier with Auslogics Registry Defrag and now happening with Auslogics BoostSpeed.
I have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
A solution to this problem will be appreciated.
