Remote Desktop Service

Where can I disable inside BoostSpeed 12 to not disable the Remote Desktop Service? Each time I reboot my PC I loose the ability to remote to my PC at the office because the service is disabled.

Error 0xc1900101

Dear Sir/Madame,

I keep getting error 0xc1900101 on Windows Update.
It all started when I switched to new SSD 970 EVO 500GB.
Windows have had updated few times than came version 20H2 which doesn't seem to work.
Updater downloads it, instal it and then during instalation after reboot it colapses around 24%. Then it reboots and I get this error record.
The computer is DELL XPS 13 9360 with i7, 8GB ram.
It runs Windows 10 PRO 1909

Error Message

After running Bootspeed for the first time in a long time, I get the error message, "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application." It affects my Bluetooth, plus it is annoying to have the error message popup on my screen every five minutes. Do you recommend that I go to "Restore Points"? I have an early February date available.

Where is my software

Hi
I have used your software for years now.
I purchased new copies of Boostpeed and DriverUpdater
I don't have driverupdater on my computer just the web version
The webversion caused my windows not to reboot
I've had to re install everything
I would like to run driver updater but do not trust it without some sort of supervision
Can't go through this again
Registering all my purchases over again
Some still aren't working

Can't scan disk space

I've been using BoostSpeed successfully on Windows 7 for many years. It hasn't been working for the last 2 months. When it scans the disk space, it gets stuck on a temporary Skype file, and stops scanning. To fix this, I have to re-start my computer, and re-install BoostSpeed 12. My computer has been running painfully slow for the last 2 months. PLEASE HELP!

Eliminar una partición creada por Windows

Mi laptop HP tiene una memoria de 120GB. De los cuales hay una partición llamada HP_RECOVERY (G) que ocupa 21GB.
Cuando adquirí la laptop traía el Windows 7, ahora tiene el Windows 10.
Todo el disco duro lo uso para instalar software, no hay archivos de ningún tipo almacenados excepto los del sistema y de las aplicaciones que tengo instaladas.
Todos los datos de otro tipo (básicamente imagenes),los manejo a través de discos duros externos.
Deseo eliminar la partición (G) con el fin de abrir más espacio en el disco duro de la laptop, ¿Es posible?

Right Click Menu

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. I am also attaching a screen shot to my computer spec details

windows photo viewer suddenly missing

since years I'm using Windows Photo Viewer to see my pictures (jpg and others)

Suddenly this possibility disappeared, I think due to an automatic update of my system by Microsoft. With the option "open with", I
only get PAINT and 3D PAINT, but I'm not intersted in those programs.

I can find the folder Windows Photo Viewer in my Program Files, but this folder has two subfolders (one Eng and one NL) and both are empty. I don't understand why, because I didn't was deleting them.

I heard it is possible to restore the old PhotoViewer in Win 10 , by inserting a register- script.

Can you help me to find that script ?

Windows freezes frequently

I cannot seem to resolve the freezing problem. sometimes it freezes after a very short time after start-up and occassionally it works for quite sometime before it freezes again.

Do you have any suggestios what I can do to stop this or how I can find what may be causing this.

I am not a technical person so any answer have to be spoon-fed.

pendrive got corrupted when i applied free up space to it by auslogics boostspeed

two days ago i have performed an action named "free space wiper" to my pendrive because i wanted to format my pendrive but befor i proceed to this action i proceed to free space wiper and i have applied to my pendrive , i don't no why but the operation stoped automatically on 33% , then i have tried to restart that operation but my pendrive was not listed on removable devices, then i have eject and remounted but still my pendrive was not listed on removable devices , then i mounted my pendrive to another system luckily that system identified my pendrive but when i tried to perform format operation to my pendrive , that shows me an error that" this disk is write protected" and after that "windows can't format removable drive:H" .....

and that's how my pendrive got corrupted by performing an operation "free space wiper"

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). Hello Auslogics

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Super slow opening of files and folders

Hi hope all is well with you!!
For the last week I am having issues opening any file or folder. It seems like it takes a minute or 2 for them to open. It is driving me nuts.
I have tried most of the items in https://windowsreport.com/file-explorer-slow-windows-10/ with no effect.

Некорректная работа со сторонним ПО

Здравствуйте.
Пользуюсь Auslogics BoostSpeed недавно. Еще не во всем разобрался.
Столкнулся с проблемой что каждый раз после сканирования компьютера и последующей очисткой вашей программой, у меня перестает работать Google Drive File Stream. Уже в исключения вносил папки Google Drive в ProgrammFiles и в папке кэша. Все равно перестает работать.
Подскажите как быть или в чем проблемма.
Система:
Windows 10-Home 64-bit, v.1809, сборка 17763.737.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU@1.6-1.8 GHz; RAM - 8 Gb.

Microsoft Store no longer works or appears under apps!

Dear team,

Recently I was having problems with Microsoft Store that it kept giving an error message when updating apps (can't remember which one eaxctly). So I reset it as per advice on various forums but since then Microsoft Store has disappeared from Apps and no longer works at all!

Please help / advise.

Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

To Whom It May Concern,

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.

Why my Kaspersky anti virus program treats your softwares as a virus and shows me constantly warnings that I am in risk?

Boot Speed, or Restart Speed

The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. Please help.I'm not sure if this is a windows question or a software question. thanks. Paul
