Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

My ETS5 still crashes upon opening. Is there some function in the registry cleaner that I have overlooked?
win 11 login issue
my laptop was set up with a email the i had to stop using because it was hacked, now when i try to log in the first login that is i see located in the center of the screen, that is the one that has the old email address. i also have two other emails that show up at the same time in the lower left side of the screen, either one will get me in, the old email will not let me get in, how do i remove the old email address from the login screen and pick of one of the two for primary login?

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Voice recognition does not work
Upon starting I get a message that voice recognition can not be started - that I have to correct the language in the master control. I have been trying for months to find that and can't get it to work. HP has been no help at all. I bought this for voice to type usage in Microsoft Word, but can not get it to function
inaccessible boot device
After updating 26 drivers on my lenovo ideapad it now fails to start and will not even go into safe mode, cant do automatic repair or anything. help, not this pc!

When I bought this I ran a scan and was using my wireless mouse after the scan I was unable to use my mouse. Would this software delete my driver if so how would I get it back?
Microsoft Works 9.0
I'm running Windows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad pc. For several months, Microsoft Works 9.0 Word Document takes about 55 seconds to initally open the first file. After that, it opens files in less than 5 seconds. I've done Repair and reloaded the software several times with no impovement. Microsoft Word works fine, opening files in less than 5 seconds. Any thoughts?
Updating to the newer software
Everytime I try to update the software, it goes through all the steps, but does not do the update. It continues to show the original version and reminds me to update again. I have tried this about 10 times with no success.

Location in Privacy setting
I cannot switch Location on in privacy settings i have scoured the web and tried numerous "fixes" under Services and Registry to no avail i think it maybe something to do with the Administration profile login, I have tried creating another admin login "Test" but the problem persists, I have even upgraded to windows 10 Pro but still the issue is thier would appreciate a fix. Software and websites adding start-up items
Basically, I do not need ANY more start-up items added, yet certain software, apps and websites seem to find a way to put themselves in my Start Up Menu / Services without my express permission. How do I fully stop new items being added, please?
I think it's device issue, like my pc is just stuttering randomly for no reason
So my pc stutters randomly for one second or less or more, when im idle watching yt it happens for no reason, and when im playing games it happens more often and bc of it i can't play games smoothly and it wasn't like that before.

My Computer is Running Very Slow and I cannot get this one Windows Update to Install- HELP
I work from home of course and my Lenovo is running extremely slow and making noise like it is trying to complete an update. I do have one update 2021-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x86-based Systems (KB5003173) that everytime I try to install it is errors out. I have received two different error codes (0x8007007e), I ran the windows trouble shooter, and now I am receiving error code (0x8000ffff). I downloaded your Auslogics and did a full scan for all the free options you offer and still am receiving this error message and my PC is super slow
High System Resource Messages with my laptop causes Chrome Browser freezing.
I know Chrome is a resource hog but how can I control system resources to mitigate this? My HP ENVY laptop has 16 GB of RAM.
Boot Speed, or Restart Speed
The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. My printer is connected via USB (previously by network). Each time I run a scan and fix with Auslogics Boostspeed 12, I have reinstall the printer drivers from the ground up. Why is this? Is there a feature that I should not run to avoid this? Please advise.

No streaming sound after you scan and fix
Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.
