DNS server
Hi! Thanks for the help! I would like to change my local DNS server to a faster one! I have used Namebench to scan for one but the Auslogics app blocks my upgrade. Can I tempoarily disable Auslogics to change the server or must I uninstall the app then reinstall it after I get a new DNS server? I always do a network scan to set the perameters which does help but it help to get a better DNS! What can I do? Thank You, Craig Stone Jackson Ca.
Tab Crashes when go to Look at Report from Deep Disk Cleaner
After I run my Auslogics Boostspeed (makes a backup). I go to look at report and get error "Gah. your tab failed" What/Why does this happen? I don't know how to attach the report. Sorry (Old Lady)

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

problem with auslogics
It wont let me create a restore point, and the restore points I had created it has deleted.

I installed Auslogics bootSpeed 12 Pro, and after first scan, reboot windows 10 pc(Dell XPS 13 9505).
I was obtained next messages. Maybe other sofware's Activation informations were destroyed.
（1）C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences3\License.sig was deleted.
The first massage is that reactivate fences 3. (Activation code is neaded)
（2）In the case of Auslogics driver updater, my activation code exceeded the limited number of activation.
And the costomer service replied me by mail that they cannot refresh my activation code.
（3）Next massge window opened that I rejister again Sound Blaster of Creative Teclonogy co.
(4)From now on, what do I do to prevent missing activation informations of my Windows10 pc.

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. Everytime I turn on my computer I get three popups that want me to update three Auslogics programs. How can I stop these popups? I will renew each program as I have the monetary resources.

Здравствуйте. Я не знаю как это получилось, но создавая новый профиль в гугл хром программа как я понимаю закрепила в этом профиле свою систему анонимности и безопасности, тк ярлык гугл профиля на панели задач был таким же как и ярлык самой программы.
Как можно этим управлять? Сколько можно создать таких профилей и как можно создать такой профиль осознано если мне это нужно?

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

System Tray Icon Never Loads
I recently purchased Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 and I’m running it on Windows 10 VM, the user is a Standard user without any Administrative Privileges. This brings me to the question! Can this Standard user turn on the computer and BoostSpeed 12 loads and runs automatically including scheduled maintenance?
It looks as though all is fine until I restart the computer however, it’s not, the system tray icon never loads until I start the application manually, and before it loads an administrative Password is required. Is this normal and If so is there a workaround?

Auslogic 13 update problem
Trying to update the new version from 13.0.0.1 to 13.0.0.2 - updater stating that Auslogic 13 is running and it will shut down program and proceed with update - this goes on and doesn't work

I have been using Auslogics for seceral years now. My question is how long do the results of a scan last. I have noticed for instance that the internet settings hold goo,. the scan in clean-up are good and then the next day they must be deleted again. Does a reboot erase some of youy clean-up for tha same day? Just curious. Any info would be helpfil. Thanks.

Now my privacy & security > Location shows location sevices off and managed by your orginization.
How do I stop Boost from doing this and how can I turn off the anaged by your orginization and reset location services to on.

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.
