Bonjour, je suis client chez vous depuis plusieurs années, si je prends la licence pro, aurais je la totalité de votre logiciel avec bien sur la défraguementation des disque SSD? ... Merci pour votre réponse.

BoostSpeed reading errors
On the bottom strip of the main display on BoostSpeed there are alternating displays of some statistics for CPU HDD NET and RAM. All of these consistently show 0%. Why are they not reading?
Also I frequently get a pop-up suggeting I clear my browser cache because it contains anywhere from 23 to 46 TERABYTES of data. This is odd because I have only 3 TB of available storage on this machine.

Where to find the Optimize Tab
In Auslogics Boostpeed 13 the Optimize Tab disappears in Advanced Mode after closing the app and relaunching Boostpeed 13. I tend to forget or cannot find the tool that creates the Optimize Tab. Which tool houses or creates the Optimize Tab?

Auslogics - Disk Doctor (Repair)
Hello Sir/Madam.
As per an initial scan with the Disk Doctor, it diagnosed having disk errors on my SSD.
For any further analysis, it states that my SSD will be dismounted and locked while it performs its majic.
My questions:
- What are the consequences if the SSD is not remounted onto my Surface computer,
- Is the Disk Doctor a reliable software, or could I be left in a lurch if the SSD is not reconnected to my computer and
- How long could the repair take. I have a 500 GW SSD.

Auslogics scans
I have been using Auslogics for seceral years now. My question is how long do the results of a scan last. I have noticed for instance that the internet settings hold goo,. the scan in clean-up are good and then the next day they must be deleted again. Does a reboot erase some of youy clean-up for tha same day? Just curious. Any info would be helpfil. Thanks.

Disk Defrag 11 - Wipe disk blank area function reports 100%, but doesn't actually finish
I know that wiping a large HD can take time, but it reached 100%, the program never repotred it finished. I let it continue to run nearly 12 hours after it reached the 99-100% point. I couldnt close the program either, so I restarted the PC in order to close the program. Dell Percision T3500, 24GB RAM, 8 core Xeon W3540, Win10 x64 on SSD. Everything else runs well. I'm using the paid version of Disk Defrag 11.

Seul l'utlisateur ADMINISTRATEUR peut la suprimmer via le gestionaire de tâches en faisant FIN DE TÂCHE sur 2 applications Gigabyte.

I got a chance to spin this wheel that said i would get a certain percentage off and it landed on the 100%, so i'm wondering if that means if i get it for free. And if it does mean i get it for free, i didn't recieve anything.
BoostSpeed 13 BUG Issue
There is an aggravating "BUG" in BoostSpeed 13. A message frequently appears that states I have many TERABYTES of files in my Recycle Bin. See the attached screenshot.
I got this message today, while having less than 25 MB of files in my Recycle Bin.
Please look into this and fix this BUG.

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.
Unable to open any image file via photos
I am getting an error when i am double clicking an image file, which normally used to open with "photos" app.

printer does not print after running Auslogic
can you help to sort out problem with printing after "optimisation" of notebook by running Auslogic. Aslo smart car readerstopped working. Card reader was not recognised, one of the services was disabled by the Booster. Smart card reader problem was solved by enabling the service, but the printer does not work still.

Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

¿Siempre es mejor actualizar todo el software (windows, sistema operativo, apps, drivers, etc.) a la versión más reciente que se vaya publicando? o cuando todo está funcionando en forma correcta ¿es mejor detener las actualizaciones para dejar todo como está y que se mantenga todo funcionando en forma adecuada?

BoostSpeed11のダッシュボードからスキャン、表示された問題を解決すると、インストールされている「GoogleDrive」が終了します。
割り当ててある仮想ドライブも消え、タスクバーのアイコンも消えてGoogleDriveが機能しません。GoogleDriveの再起動も出来ません。
GoogleDriveが終了した時点でGoogleDriveアプリのプログラム自体は削除されないので、
コントロールパネル、プログラムと機能から削除→再起動→ログイン→再インストールが必要になります。
GoogleDriveのインストールフォルダや関連すると思われるレジストリをスキャン対象から除外しましたが、この問題は解決しません。
何か良い方法があれば教えて下さい。

Empty folder program freezing up
Hello there. First time asking for assistance. The AB13 Suite works great except for the empty folder program which freezes up on both computers here at the office. Whole program then does. What now? Thanks....

software updates
in the last few weeks I have purchased several of Auslogics software programs. Since I began using the software, 3 of the programs have been updated with an additional cost. When I originally subscribed to the software I did not expect to have to pay for updates
only after a yearly subscription and the a possible update of the price.Although I have found the software to be good, the prices are somewhat higher than other products on the market such as CCleaner, Malwarebytes and F Secure which I also use with fixed prices for a yearly subscripton withou additional costs for updates. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE ALLOCATED PERIOD BECAUSE MY FEELING IS THAT THE TOTAL PACKAGE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT VALUE FOR THE COST INVOLVED.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS AS ABOVE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT AUSLOGICS SOFTWARE ALLOWS INCREASED MANAGEMENT OF MY WINDOWS 10 PC , HOWEVER I AM NOT CONVINCED THE EXTRA COST IS WARRANTED.

boost speed 13
When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.
