How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?

upgraging lost my registered status

I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?

software updates
in the last few weeks I have purchased several of Auslogics software programs. Since I began using the software, 3 of the programs have been updated with an additional cost. When I originally subscribed to the software I did not expect to have to pay for updates
only after a yearly subscription and the a possible update of the price.Although I have found the software to be good, the prices are somewhat higher than other products on the market such as CCleaner, Malwarebytes and F Secure which I also use with fixed prices for a yearly subscripton withou additional costs for updates. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE ALLOCATED PERIOD BECAUSE MY FEELING IS THAT THE TOTAL PACKAGE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT VALUE FOR THE COST INVOLVED.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS AS ABOVE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT AUSLOGICS SOFTWARE ALLOWS INCREASED MANAGEMENT OF MY WINDOWS 10 PC , HOWEVER I AM NOT CONVINCED THE EXTRA COST IS WARRANTED.

Hello there. First time asking for assistance. The AB13 Suite works great except for the empty folder program which freezes up on both computers here at the office. Whole program then does. What now? Thanks....

i have +- 180 days left in 12 you bring out 13 and offer me a discount to me this is not right i paid for 12 i still have 180 days left what i feel you should of done rather was to allow me to upgrade free to 13 but only keep 180 days when it expires guess what i will buy a new 13 license
or how about you look at each person account to see how long they have supported your product and then give them a low low upgrade price my price in south afdrican rands is +- 360 rand i have refered numerous employees to use your product because i can stand behind it knowing how good it is

Seul l'utlisateur ADMINISTRATEUR peut la suprimmer via le gestionaire de tâches en faisant FIN DE TÂCHE sur 2 applications Gigabyte.

Why won't Auslogics BoostSpeed clean norton during a scan. We really like your product but don't want lingering files from Norton when it's not being used.

printer malfuntion after running Boostspeed 13
After running Boostspeed 13, my printer either stops working with a "user intervention needed" , or it stops printing in color. What settings can I use to avoid this problem? I may have to quit using Boostspeed
