When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.

Warum kann ich bei BoostSpeed die Ergebnisse nicht lesen? Sowie ich auf "Die Reparatur abgeschlossen. Klicken Sioe hier um die Ergebnisse anzusehen" drücke, verschwindet alles. Ich konne bishe keine Ergenisse mir ansehen.

Why won't Auslogics BoostSpeed clean norton during a scan. We really like your product but don't want lingering files from Norton when it's not being used.

On the bottom strip of the main display on BoostSpeed there are alternating displays of some statistics for CPU HDD NET and RAM. All of these consistently show 0%. Why are they not reading?
Also I frequently get a pop-up suggeting I clear my browser cache because it contains anywhere from 23 to 46 TERABYTES of data. This is odd because I have only 3 TB of available storage on this machine.

After using the Registry Cleaner I have problems with my VPN. If I reinstall the backup everything returns to normal so I need to be able to clean the problematic files found in the scan one at a time so it does not destroy my VPN. How do I clean problems one at a time?
