How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?

upgraging lost my registered status

I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?

Malwarebytes Shuts Down Auslogics BoastSpeed11 and Quaranteens it. I have to shut down Malwarebytes and then reinstall Auslogics BoastSpeed11. Then during reinstallation I get a number of errors but the Auslogics BoastSpeed11 does reinstall but this can not be good for the stability of the system. What to do ?

I installed Auslogics bootSpeed 12 Pro, and after first scan, reboot windows 10 pc(Dell XPS 13 9505).
I was obtained next messages. Maybe other sofware's Activation informations were destroyed.
（1）C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences3\License.sig was deleted.
The first massage is that reactivate fences 3. (Activation code is neaded)
（2）In the case of Auslogics driver updater, my activation code exceeded the limited number of activation.
And the costomer service replied me by mail that they cannot refresh my activation code.
（3）Next massge window opened that I rejister again Sound Blaster of Creative Teclonogy co.
(4)From now on, what do I do to prevent missing activation informations of my Windows10 pc.

popup reminders
Everytime I turn on my computer I get three popups that want me to update three Auslogics programs. How can I stop these popups? I will renew each program as I have the monetary resources.
Unable to to Receive Emails on Laptop and Desktop, etc
Since changing my password wuth my ISP and on Thunderbird, I am unable to receive emails on my Desktop, and now for some reason, I can n longer send them either. I also have problems with laptop, I can send but not receive emails.
Error message on Desktop: "An error occurred while sending mail, the mail server responded: SMTP.auth. Not alowed on Port 25"

Interfearing with VPN

Whenever my VPN connects to the internet, the Auslogics Bootspeed notifies, an attempt to change the DNS was diplayed. Well if I connect via VPN it will change the DNS. My question is does your softwere blocks the attempted change of DNS or it's only a notification. If it blocks then how do I dissable it as I want my VPN more than your software.

I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.

外付けHDDのデーター復元
Auslogics bootSpeed 12のマイタスクの項目を処理したら、外付けHDDのデーターが消去されてしまいました。あまり画面を見ず、いいかげんに処理してしまいました。
File Recoveryでデーターを復元したいのですが、その方法を教えて下さい。
尚外付けHDDは、デスク管理上では、認識しています。RAW 正常 ベーシック データーパーティションとなっています。
しかしエラーメッセージがでます。F:￥にアクセスできません。このボリュームは認識可能なファイルシステムではありません。必要なファイルシステムドライバーがすべて読み込まれているか、ボリュームが壊れていないか確認してください。とのエラーメッセージです。
コンピュータ上では認識していますが、しかしFile Recovryを開くと、HDDは認識されていません。どうしたらいいのでしょうか？？？
このHDDには、重要なデーターが入っています。データー復元は失敗でいません。

Здравствуйте. Дело в том, что у меня стали долго грузиться игры и графика в самих играх. Хотя компьютер у меня не самый слабый. Но после включения пк все стало долго и грустно.

При открытии web старниц в Хроме и Яндекс браузере часто страница сразу переходит в ее нижнюю часть. (Для перехода на верх страницы надо нажать кнопку Home на клавиатуре. )
Подозреваю, что это связано с дополнением, показывающим боковые вертикальные вкладки vtabs

Why won't my system allow me to upgrade to Pro Version? I have started getting a message - An Administrator has blocked you from using this App. That's not righty because I am the administrator and have checked my settings and can't see anything wrong. I have re-installed program and un-installed a few things that might be causing conflict and still can't find problem.
