Recovering Deleted Files
How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?

upgraging lost my registered status

I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?

Using Dedicated Graphics Card

I've got a problem with switching to my dedicated graphics card. For some reason games like CS:GO tend to run on integrated graphics. I've tried everything such as going to Nvidia Contol Panel and choosing cs:go, and setting it on my Nvidia card. When I go to Graphics settings and choose CS:GO it says Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 for Power Saving and High Performance (which it shouldn't be like this) . I've installed the latest version of my Nvidia Card ( which is 391.35). The only way I can use my Nvidia Graphics for CS:GO is that I have to disable Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 in Device Manager (which then I'm limited to 60HZ and can't change color settings)
I'm using an Asus Laptop( Asus K53SV)
Here is some information about the hardware that I'm using:

Updates to file finder and boost speed
Almost on a daily basis I am getting notification of duplicate file finder and BoostSpeed 12 has a new update. I click onto download, I see where it is downloading, but when I go to install the update it does nothing. It doesnt tell me it has completed installation or given me a notce that it failed. This has be going on since I puchased Logistics. I guess it is not my fault for not following up on this, since I'm not getting my monies worth.
If you could help to get the problem solved or tell me what I've been doing wrong, sure would appreciate it.

Fences Requires Reentry of Product Code Everytime BoostSpeed Runs
Hi,
I have had Fences for many years. When BoostSpeed runs its weekly maintenance, I must re-enter the Fences Product Key to re-register the product. I do this and Fences works fine again.
This problem occurred several years ago and you provided a fix where BoostSpeed does not delete/address a file required for Fences related to the product key.
Would you please re-send those instructions if that would resolve the issue or advise other solutions to resolve?

Hi! Thanks for the help! I would like to change my local DNS server to a faster one! I have used Namebench to scan for one but the Auslogics app blocks my upgrade. Can I tempoarily disable Auslogics to change the server or must I uninstall the app then reinstall it after I get a new DNS server? I always do a network scan to set the perameters which does help but it help to get a better DNS! What can I do? Thank You, Craig Stone Jackson Ca.

Can I uninstall my licence from one desktop and then re-install on a laptop?
Admin. Blocked
When trying to open Boostspeed, I am getting a popup stating Admin Blocked, go to an Administrator Integrator.exe. How can I clear this. If I re-download the basic program will open, when I type in my registration code, I'm sent to the store pager in AOL. Any help with this problem would be appreaciated.
