How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.
Also, when do you plan to have the problem with Boost Speed Pro resolved what it asks me if I want to activate the Pro version when I already have it?

Green Buttons asking to activate pro version
I have the Pro Version. When I click on Help/About the window confirms that. Why to I have a green button on every screen asking me to activate the Pro Version. I even hit the button and it confirms I have the Pro and the green buttons persist. Help.

WTF AUSLOGICS??
I've been a registered user of Auslogics Boostspeed for many years. Just recently my Boostspeed 12 program shows that i'm registered in the ABOUT section under help, yet the program says Activate Pro Version on the bottom right & the program has Trial Version operability. This is happening on both of the PCs that I use this program on. I've sent 2 emails requesting assistance over a week ago & still have received no response.
I need this issue resolved or I will be requesting a refund.

Купил лицензию на ABSpeed 26-го июля 2021 года. Действительна ещё 181 день.
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Could not activated my license
I have bought the pro license at July 2021 and used this software until mid of january. Suddenly the software ask me again for license code, and after I input my code, the software still on free version mode and not changed to PRO version. Please assist me regarding this problem
Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

Noticed my Boostspeed progaram has the activate pro version on the bottom of the screen when i have already registered it.
Plus the last time i used driver updater it updated my pc then restarted it and it would not boot up no matter what i tried, I then had to reinstall windows with a backup. not used driver updater since.

Admin. Blocked
When trying to open Boostspeed, I am getting a popup stating Admin Blocked, go to an Administrator Integrator.exe. How can I clear this. If I re-download the basic program will open, when I type in my registration code, I'm sent to the store pager in AOL. Any help with this problem would be appreaciated.

windowsの立ち上がり時間の表示設定
貴社のBoostSpeed12Proを使用していますが、ｐｃ電源ＯＮからwindowsソフトが立ち上がる迄の時間表示の設定手順を 教えて下さい ・・・宜しくお願い致します。。。

è possibile utilizzare Disk Defrag in modo tale che i file di una cartella specifica siano spostati all'inizio del disco? Si tratta di un disco di soli dati VIDEO, senza APP o Sistema operativo.
Vorrei che i nuovi Video scritti fossero sempre copiati nella parte finale del disco mano a mano che questo viene riempito.
Spero di essere stato chiaro e vi ringrazio per la cortesia

「Auslogics BoostSpeed Pro12」「Auslogics Driver Updater」と「Disk Defrag Ultimate」のボタンがありますが、インストールすると別途、料金が発生するのでしょうか？
Tab Crashes when go to Look at Report from Deep Disk Cleaner
After I run my Auslogics Boostspeed (makes a backup). I go to look at report and get error "Gah. your tab failed" What/Why does this happen? I don't know how to attach the report. Sorry (Old Lady)

I upgraded to Boost12 quicte some time ago and yet I keep getting an annoying popup on my screen to upgrade. I need this to stop and this should not count as one of my questions because it is purely an issue on your end.

Application will not recognize Pro version
Hi there,
I have an active license key and discovered today that the app reverted to the free version. I put in my license key and it notes activation to be successful, however still runs as the free version.
To note: I have been unable to access the app itself without having to go into the administrator Windows account, which is a new finding since today as well. Not sure if that's related.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

Outlook not closing correctly
I have MS 365.
Brand new machine hi end
When I close Outlook it does close OK
But when I reopen in morning I always get message it did not close correctly "Something stopped it form closing" Do I want to restore to previuos". I click yes and it opens
Any ideas. It was reinstalled

ホルダーが「空」になる
ｂｏｏｓｔＳｐｅｅｄ12を自動起動していますが、本日データを参照しようと、windows(C)とData(D)のデスクの中で、（Ｄ）に保存してあるホルダーをクリックすると、「このホルダーは空です」となってどのホルダーもデータが読み取れません。ホルダー名はきちんと表示されています。なぜこんな風になるのでしょうか。復元する方法をご教授してください。
