Never updates any drivers for two years now...
I do NOT want to uninstall Driver Updater. I want it to work and it has never updated a single driver, yet.

Tengo instalado el software BoostSpeed 13 en mi portàtil.
Cada vez que inicio sesion aparece un mensaje dandome opcion de descargar nuevamente el programa que ya tengo actualizado.
Ruego me indiquen que ocurre.

Latest update for boostspeed will not install. I have 13.0.0.1........ 13.0.0.2 will not install.
Auslogic 13 update problem
Trying to update the new version from 13.0.0.1 to 13.0.0.2 - updater stating that Auslogic 13 is running and it will shut down program and proceed with update - this goes on and doesn't work

On the 24 th of november I purchased Auslogics essential tools. I had a pop up that i could receive Auslogics Bitreplica for free. I would get a code in my mail so i can register. never had the code. Can you send the code so that I can use the program?

software updates
in the last few weeks I have purchased several of Auslogics software programs. Since I began using the software, 3 of the programs have been updated with an additional cost. When I originally subscribed to the software I did not expect to have to pay for updates
only after a yearly subscription and the a possible update of the price.Although I have found the software to be good, the prices are somewhat higher than other products on the market such as CCleaner, Malwarebytes and F Secure which I also use with fixed prices for a yearly subscripton withou additional costs for updates. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE ALLOCATED PERIOD BECAUSE MY FEELING IS THAT THE TOTAL PACKAGE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT VALUE FOR THE COST INVOLVED.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS AS ABOVE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT AUSLOGICS SOFTWARE ALLOWS INCREASED MANAGEMENT OF MY WINDOWS 10 PC , HOWEVER I AM NOT CONVINCED THE EXTRA COST IS WARRANTED.

Unable to Install the new Auslogic Boostspeed 13.0.0.1 update

I have downloaded and installed the Boostspeed update (13.0.0.1), but the installed virsion indicated by the Help>About shows 13.0.0.0
I need further instructions to properly install the new update.

Mm i wanted to ask how come its harder to play older games on a newer stuff.. W8 not play just run the "damn" thing :) Why so hard.. Oh and thta password to get to here ..i forgot it allready ..ill create a new one next time But yes the games ..old .."old" games ..i did everything.. whell.. i dieled it doen to win7 .. should i gone xp? I am the Ceo of 4 companies in south africa you can look up mark webb ceo south africa on linkadin I have been using your amazing product for many years please refer to my account the reason i am writing to you is i find the way you go about bringing out boostspeed 13 then giving me a discount is in my opionion not the best way to keep customers comming back
i have +- 180 days left in 12 you bring out 13 and offer me a discount to me this is not right i paid for 12 i still have 180 days left what i feel you should of done rather was to allow me to upgrade free to 13 but only keep 180 days when it expires guess what i will buy a new 13 license
or how about you look at each person account to see how long they have supported your product and then give them a low low upgrade price my price in south afdrican rands is +- 360 rand i have refered numerous employees to use your product because i can stand behind it knowing how good it is

System Tray Icon Never Loads
I recently purchased Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 and I’m running it on Windows 10 VM, the user is a Standard user without any Administrative Privileges. This brings me to the question! Can this Standard user turn on the computer and BoostSpeed 12 loads and runs automatically including scheduled maintenance?
It looks as though all is fine until I restart the computer however, it’s not, the system tray icon never loads until I start the application manually, and before it loads an administrative Password is required. Is this normal and If so is there a workaround?

I have ads turned OFF in General settings, however an ad pops up everytime after a defrag is completed wanting me to purchase Boostspeed 12. An ad also pops up when I open the program. How do I get rid of these ads since I have purchased this pro version?
They are very annoying and they cover up my scan results after defrag is completed.
Note: I have also turned off all tray notifications in General Settings and I am still getting these pop ups. Please fix.

So these "rammerhead" links like rammer.rude.li ive been using for accessing anything that is adult and is purported to have privacy becuase its a browser inside your browser that has a different IP to prevent ISP from seeing your activity but it is deteced in adult website traces in privacy of auslogics? is this not really private and is just a false sense of security like incognito?

How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.
Also, when do you plan to have the problem with Boost Speed Pro resolved what it asks me if I want to activate the Pro version when I already have it?

Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Product will not activate
I've entered the product key now 3 times. each time it is accepted. when I go to run the 1st scan I see on the bottem right corner of the screen that boostspeed stills needs to be registered and then I reseive unexpected error. I just updated to 12 for my client - Produce key -

DRIVER UPDATER REFUSES TO CONNECT
Any idea as to why this is happening? I have registered the program in the WIN firewall, but no success. All other Auslogics software is working without a hitch.

Defrag and optomize problems
I have problems with defrag and optomize - it takes hours to complete the process. My previous version did not have that problem. It is so bad that i use windows defrag instead of Your defrag --- any ideas as to why???
