Also I frequently get a pop-up suggeting I clear my browser cache because it contains anywhere from 23 to 46 TERABYTES of data. This is odd because I have only 3 TB of available storage on this machine.
As per an initial scan with the Disk Doctor, it diagnosed having disk errors on my SSD.
For any further analysis, it states that my SSD will be dismounted and locked while it performs its majic.
- What are the consequences if the SSD is not remounted onto my Surface computer,
- Is the Disk Doctor a reliable software, or could I be left in a lurch if the SSD is not reconnected to my computer and
- How long could the repair take. I have a 500 GW SSD.

There is an aggravating "BUG" in BoostSpeed 13. A message frequently appears that states I have many TERABYTES of files in my Recycle Bin. See the attached screenshot.
I got this message today, while having less than 25 MB of files in my Recycle Bin.
Please look into this and fix this BUG.
I have had a Fujitsu S1500 ScanSnap scanner on my computer since I got it. Something happened lately (probably a refresh of Win10) and the program, ScanSnap Manager, stopped opening automatically when I turned on the scanner (connected by USB). After trying every remedy I could think of, I uninstalled the ScanSnap software, and cleaned the registry, figuring that I would reinstall the software from the original disk.
But even though I've done everything I know how to do to wipe the computer free of any traces of the original program, as you can see from the attached screen shot, the installer is not letting me install the program as it thinks there's a version already on the computer. There's nothing in installed programs, nor the registry, related to this program. And I force uninstalled it too. At this point I'm unable to use my scanner. Help!
Note that the subcategory of this question is not "Get Help" but your UI won't let me submit a question without choosing something, and the program in question is not in the dropdown list becuase it's already been uninstalled.
hello there, im facing a problem with installing discord, says something about checking the setup logs or something to contact author. i watched your video on how to fix that problem and tried both methods but they dont work. Is there anyway i can get help? Thank you. Btw i just put access because there was no discord subcategory, the problem isnt with access its with discord.

I have been on mail with Mr. Alex Bratton of your Support Team. I am a registered purchaser of the Auslogics Boost Speed software, and I have had immense trouble with installing and running it as my Avira antivirus software keeps deleting all Auslogics *.exe files as PUAs having the virus "Auslogics.o" as reported in the Avira quarantine log.
Alex had suggested that I put Auslogics on the Avira scanner EXCEPTIONS list - which I did, but to no avail. Do they have an axe to grind with your software ? I have even sent an e-mail to Avira support telling them hat Auslogics software originates from a Company having its website www.auslogics.com, and to definately check both the antecedents of the Auslogics Company and their software as genuine and not PUA - and thus I requested them to reconsider the action against yyour software exe files. Theu have not yet got back to me regarding this.
I have so far installed and re-installed your Boost Speed software over 5 times since its purchase on 28.08.2019, and each time Avira deletes the *.exe files as well as the entire Auslogics folder in the C:\Program Files (x86) path, every time I shut-down and boot-up my laptop. And all this after making Auslogics an "exception" in the antivirus and real-time protection scanner settings of the Avira software .
Could your team please have a word with the Avira development team to resolve the vixing issue, as I am most certain there will be many othercustomers worldwide using both the Avira and the Aulogics softwares and facing these issues ?
I have actually reached a point of near frustration, as both the Avira and Auslogics softwares do a great job individually, but DO NOT LIKE EACH OTHER (cannot function together) as seen on my laptop !!
Kindly update me on a solution to this problem.
