Cannot Eject my DVD RW
My DVD RW cannot Eject. If I manualy eject and load any DVD it is not reading the DVD.
Files from the cloud are consuming too much storage
I am currently using a 1TB HDD, which now has only approximately 143GB of free space remaining. I have noticed that my Microsoft 365 cloud drive is connected to my laptop, and downloading files from the cloud is consuming more storage than anticipated. How can I prevent cloud documents from being downloaded onto my laptop using Auslogics?
What to do if printing stuck on fax
when i try to print, the display shows a blank page with a message in upper right saying enter fax recipient number.
Copying from HDD to external SSD hangs
I run a a desktop an have an issue concerning external SSD each time I try to copy and pfaste seneral files from HDD onto SSD as the proces of transferring data hangs which causes me to reboot. SSD has to be formatted. Cousld it be a result of inner defect in SSD or I have to find some drivers?

How to permanently mute sound in Windows 11 VM?
I use a VM for work and I want the sound on the VM to always be muted/zero.
If I turn the sound down and reboot the VM, the sound goes back to 100%, so there must be something running which resets volume.
If I had a PowerShell script or simiar to mute the sound, I could put it on the desktop and run it easily instead of messing about with the GUI.
Can it be done?

I tried several mouses. both wired and BlueTooth and none work on my Acer Aspire E15 laptop PC.

Windows 10 not recognizing Iomega Zip 100 Drive

I am a long-time user of your software and I am reaching out for technical assistance regarding a piece of legacy hardware. I am trying to connect an original Iomega Zip 100 drive to my Windows 10 system.
I am currently using a parallel port-to-USB converter, but my system is failing to recognize the drive, and I suspect this is due to a missing or incompatible device driver in the Windows 10 environment.
Could you please advise on the following:
Is there any way to make this legacy Iomega Zip 100 drive work on Windows 10?
If this is a driver-related issue, do you know where I can safely obtain the necessary drivers, or could you provide a link to a compatible version that might work with modern Windows?
If this hardware is completely incompatible with current operating systems, what alternative solutions would you recommend for recovering data from these old cartridges?
I would appreciate any guidance you can provide to help me access the files on my old Zip disks.

Reducing C drive space and optimizing storage
I am having a hard time reducing my C drive. I have a 500 gb hard drive, a 5 tb ssd internal and a 500gb ssd external. My two SSDs are no where near full but my HD only has 20 gb free. I already moved everything I could think of to my other drives. I assume it's my programs but most of those are also on my SSD already. I need some guidance to optimize my C drive and what else I can do to either eliminate files or more things.
