My microphone has stopped working and doesn't seem recognised ny Windows 10. Zoom is displaying a picture rather than video.

Здравствуйте, после использования программы перестал рабоать микрофон, приложения его не видят. В настройках микрофона он включен, но когда нажимаю прослушать с утройства, там тишина. браузер тоже его не видит, дискорд предлагает поменять устройтво, но толку от этого тоже нет. Драйвера уже удалял и ставил заново, проблемы не решило

Добрый день.
После очистки и оптимизации компьютера с помощью Auslogics BoostSpeed перестал работать микрофон - и встроенный, и в любых наушниках. Система его видит, во всех настройках разрешено его использование, но на звук никак не реагирует.
На всякий случай прикладываю скрин менеджера программы - в заблокированных файлах есть куча файлов, связанных с драйвером звуковой карты Conexant, после исключения их из списка блокировки все равно не работает. Все это время звук в наушниках и без них есть.

Hi, After purchasing and downloading auslogics boostspeed, driver update, defragmenter and anti-malware, my windows 10 laptops interal speakers are no longer working or even being detected by my computer. I have no idea how to fix this to get them re-enabled. Please help!!

I have had this problem multiple times.
Usually I just delete all sound drivers using Device Mgr.. then restart..
But..
Why does sound fail?
Is there a way to fix through AusLogics?

In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

What happened?

And, more importantly, how do I fix it?

I;ve connected my JBL headphones to my PC but there is still no sound

With hte update of Windows t0 the sound on my computer fades in and out. I have used the troubleshooter; however, it is of no help at all.

I am considering buying a new computer but before spending $1000, I want to be sure there isns't something I can do with the one I have.

Sometimes i like to connect my phone to my pc with bluetooth so i can listen music while playing games (is easier to change music or control volume). Today i connected the phone to pc, it shows is connected but when i play music i can t hear anything in pc`s speakers. I opened task manager, and i saw that Bluetooth User Suppor Service is stopped and i can t start it. I click start but nothing happends. Please help

All devices listed under sound video and game controllers have yellow error triangles and when you open properties for each it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I have rebooted, uninstalled all and rebooted and nothing changes usb audio has red x and no audio output device is installed and usb camera says camera in use by another app. I have disconnected both after uninstalling in device manager, rebooted then plugged them back in all still come up with error triangles and audio / camera are not functioning.

after todays update the sound icon when clicked upon appears ok but as soon as the mouse is moved to adjust the sound the icon disappears
What can I do to bring it back to normal?
By the way: the subcategory is too limited to direct the problem to the right technician in the correct dept.

My handsfree blue tooth device will connect but the sound will still go through the computer's speaker and not the bluetooth. What is causing this?

I am not able to set up Speech Regocntion or dictate.
What do I need to do? Keep getting language recognition dialogue although everything says it is set to English (UK).

Periodic loss of sound for 1 second in the processor power supply mode "balanced," "high performance." In the "energy saving" mode, this is not! Is it possible to solve this problem? The drivers are fresh, so is Windows.

After I installed Auslogics and ran all the tests, my camera and microphone were disabled. I managed to turn the camera back on but not the microphone even after going into my Privacy settings and enabling it. It happened on both machines, one with a Logitech headset and the other with a Jabra 510 speaker. Both microphones are still not functioning. Please advise. I am running Windows 10 on both desktops.

I have a Jabra Speak 710, connected through a Jabra Link 380 bluetooth device.
My computer (Thinkpad, with Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2) does not recognize the speaker as a sound device.
When connected to the computer through the USB cable, the speaker is visible in the catagory Other Devices iso Audio Devices.
The speaker and the link are working fine on another computer of mine, and also on my smartphone.
I reached out to Jabra support, they have helped me resetting the firmware, removing and reconnecting the device etc. but nothing works. I even got a new speaker from them, but still no change.
The problem started after installing an update of a driver. Undoing the update did not help.
I have even done a full re-installation of Windows, which has removed all customized settings, but problem still persists.
When starting up the computer, there is a very brief connect with the speaker (the speaker says : "PC connected"), but immediately followed by a disconnect (the speaker says : "PC disconnected")
I think there is an entry in the registry that prevents connecting with the speaker, but I am not able to identify it.

Also videos like youtube or anything will glitch for a second at random for no reason. I have factory reset this PC and have not fixed it yet. I don't know if it's windows 10 or this new PC but it is quite annoying My old PC that I gave away never had this problem, but it was also windows 7. Also I don't know the device or subcategory, but I had to put something :|

My good old Line 6 Toneport KB37, midi controller, and external soundcard combo stopped working on my new PC.

When running on an Asus TUF H310M with a Core i5 9400F and 16GB of RAM, it was working just fine.

Now, on the new setup, a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B760M with a Core i5 13th gen and 32GB of DDR5 RAM, the installation and driver setup ran okay. However, when playing any kind of music or sound file in any player, including YouTube, streaming services, you name it, it doesn't work. The sound feels 'cropped'; it plays extremely slow and low pitched, clearly malfunctioning.

Cubase 12 doesn't even recognize the device or the ASIO drivers for configuration.

I've been using the Toneport KB37 for music production and as a general soundcard for years, and on the old PC, it still works perfectly.

The same USB cable is being used on both PCs.

Am I missing any kind of configuration, new driver, or something that could make it work with Windows 11?
