Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.

I used malwarebytes to eliminate issues regarding popups and since then I cannot hear any videos. I have tried everything from chrome settings (BTW no sound on Explorer or Edge either) up to and including this software to correct. However to no avail.

There must be something I am missing...please help.

ПОсле установки программы и первоначального сканирования программа запроила перезагрузку. ПОсле перезагрузки сигнал от микрофона пропал. Ни приложения, ни само ОС не может получить от него сигнал. Хотя при поиске проблем через настройки ничего не обнаруживается.
