Issues with Auslogics software

This is becomming annoying. I keep getting alerted that a new version of BoostSpeed is available. I've downloaded 12.0.0.2 and ran the installation which prompts that it is removing with re-start and then I have to manually install the latest download. After three successful runs with this I still end up with version 12.0.0.1 What gives?

It seems each time Boostspeed runs, I have to reload Corel Shop 2020 because it will not statr. I thought this might be a corel problem because the same thing was happening with the previous version.
However, the issue is happing with the 2020 version.
There miust be some issue with the files that BoostSpeed is negating.

После сканирования и устранения ошибок программой BootSPeed при попытке открыть файлы JPG кликом мышки появляется сообщение "Недопустимое для реестра значение".

Пользуюсь Auslogics BoostSpeed недавно. Еще не во всем разобрался.
Столкнулся с проблемой что каждый раз после сканирования компьютера и последующей очисткой вашей программой, у меня перестает работать Google Drive File Stream. Уже в исключения вносил папки Google Drive в ProgrammFiles и в папке кэша. Все равно перестает работать.
Подскажите как быть или в чем проблемма.
Система:
Windows 10-Home 64-bit, v.1809, сборка 17763.737.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU@1.6-1.8 GHz; RAM - 8 Gb.

I used your system yestrday for the first time attempting to release space on my PC.
however,what appears to have happened is that my programme has disappeared and access to all my Office files with it.
Can you undo what has happened as it is very inconvenient?

I have an important Question regarding with my 'Subscriptions: 1 Question: After an Year time are All my 'Subscriptions with Auslogics will Renew Automatically?...or After an Year time when my subscriptions will gonna expire should I buy New Licenses for all my Subcriptions again, I mean do i need to do it manually?again? How can I restore my file after auslogic Boostspeed deleted the program file? Meantime, i cant open a program.

I am not using the computer a lot, but BoostSpeed is regularly giving me messages to do scans or to defrag my SSD. How can I reduce the frequency of these messages?

When I am doing a system scan the scanner takes almost 30 minutes or more when it gets to temporary files. Is there something I can do to speed this up?

I am locked out every time I boot, I reset it off see that it is saved but next time I log on its on again

After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).

I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.

I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.

The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).

I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

Один и тот же ключ ЭЦП (Электронная цифровая подпись) на флеш-памяти с одного компьютера считывается и подписывает документы без ошибок, а со второго - нет, Выдает ошибку о невозможности использования или сертификат поврежден. Главное - до чистки компьютера программой Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 ключ без ошибок подписывал документы и со второго компьютера. Вопрос, что мог изменить или удалить Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 в компьютера, то перестал корректно работать ЭЦП (Электронная цифровая подпись).

Какую службу или какие настройки в Windows 10 надо изменить, чтобы Электронная цифровая подпись работала со второго компьютера и подписывала документы? Спасибо!!!

dear auslogic ... allthough this might seems milydy entertaining .. its serious ... i find my purchased boostspeed 11 very handy for some things and situations , but i still go back for boostspeed 10 for some other situations ... however * dont get ticked off now( ... for bs10 i was never licenemed ... allthough my interest for your products started thhrtr actually ... enough boutt that... sofirst i thought i just let my free tries@ of bs 10 run out and the by then mandatory buy it or get lost whould steer my to the right page.... now as mentioned first it was just mildy annoying ... now ... wanting to have apaid 10 for LOOONG its beging to feel stupid mildy put .. always being directed to get 11 .. that i allready have... so here i I am ... at the very source of the cracjer factory asking u PLEEEAAAASE .. When i wanted to pay for Auslogic Boostspeed 11 i couldn't complete the payment. That was because i use paypal and dont use a card for paypal.
The fact is that i dont use any type of creadit card or such, i only have a bankcard that i dont leave out for web buys. That is why i have used Paypal for such transactions.
Auslogic is so far the only company that tells me i need to have a card connected to my Paypal account.

The thing is as you demand that customers must use a card you are actually promoting some people to find a cracked version for Boostspeed 11 and use that. you are loosing out on sells by refusing to let people use paypal straight as it is.
