Issues with Auslogics software

When ever I try to update any Auslogics software to the latest version, I get a blue screen error on my laptop. This happened earlier with Auslogics Registry Defrag and now happening with Auslogics BoostSpeed.

I have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

A solution to this problem will be appreciated.

I used the file recovery service - your program found about 46000 deleted files (be somebody or a virus). How can I tell the program to recover all the files, w/o marking the 46000 foles one by one?

I have an anti-virus program that always run and notified by Boostspeed (an item just added into.... start-up), "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017\bdagent.exe" , in the Registry/run of the Startup Manager. How can I mute this particular notification from poping up? It is too frequent.
I suggest an exception based notification where we can right-click a particular line in the Startup Manager to mute the message, but still allow it to execute (on startup).

By-the-way, I could not find "Bitdefender" in the subcategory drop down list for this subject.

The last two times now that I Have used the "Protect" feature. All of my saved log ins have been deleted. I've had to go to the rescue center, and restore the stuff that was done. I need to know how to properly configure the settins so this does not happen again.

I have bootswpeed 5 on windows 7. I recently purchases 11 for other windows 10 computer.. I downloaded 11 on windows 7 and now have access to bootspeed 5 and 11 on this 7 computer. Revo uninstaller does not show 5. best way to uninstall bootspeed 5? thanks, jimz

On two occasions, I attempted to install the updated version of Boost Speed 11. Each time I got the Blue Screen of Death. That's unacceptable for the $50 I paid for the full registered version. Please advise a fix.

I used Boostspeed 11 for some time and never had temperature issues, after de Boostpeed 12 upgrade I noticed that the fan started to make annoying noises and checked the temperature of my Laptop with the Core Temp 1.16 program which says the temp goes above 90 degrees Celsius.

Tried to install 12 again with no result.

Now back to 11 again and the temperature is normal again.

My question is this a normal behaviour of the 12 version of boostspeed?

Hi I have a question regarding scheduel running of disk defragment
If I set the program to run in background does it mean the program still work if I turn off computer?
When I set scheduel running for the program, will it be working if the laptop is not open window?

I must use FortiClient VPN to work and communicate with one of my jobs, at Southern Cross University, (SCU). Until yesterday it worked fine.
I have just installed the lastest version in an attempt to resolve the non-connection issue.

Is there a setting in Auslogics BoostSpeed that might affect that VPN?
Any suggestions.

I run BoostSpeed and just accept whatever 'fixes' it suggests, the default or automatic, as I am not wise enough to adjust anything myself.

Could doing that have broken something or blocked the VPN?
I am nervous that Auslogics-Boostspeed is being over active in cleansing my system, of things that I actually need to maintain, like the Forticleint VPN. Firewall settings area mystery to me. I dont change them because I do not know what I am doing.

Can Auslogics BoostSteed be installed on a second computer?

I have Banks and Credit Cards that I use regularly. I don't want to have problems of logon to them every time I use the Bootspeed to scan the system. The Bank that I hvae problems after the Bootspeed scan system Is Bank of American.com, Chase Bank logon. Visa logon, American Express .com Credit Card logon. Please help me to resolve these problem. Hi, I own BS12 on two pCs. One PC I use only with gaming apps and the other and I use it exclusively for home, online and with the web. BS12 on pc where I don't play works great. BS12 that works on the pc where I play and in particular with Microsoft FlightSimulator, BS12 after thorough cleaning tends to get your PC blocked. I tried to exclude gaming apps but apparently windows is tightly connected. I had to reinstall windows 10 pro. In my opinion, it also depends on the Deep-Clean function and Empty Folders Cleanup. I can't use these two functions. On the pc where I play I am not satisfied! On the pc I use for all other functions is OK. Tips?

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!).
