Issues with Auslogics software

Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?

I remember that I had an option in previous versions that allowed me to change things in Windows like Legal Rights, or Comments page before login to Windows or right after it.
However, I cant find what is that option in the current version. Could you please help me out?
I prepare storyboards for training and I would like to have a page with some personal information.

Please dont "mail" this in! I am realtively PC savvy, not an IT genius, but I built this PC and have a little knowledge about a lot of things but I want to know hidden or not-well-known settingsto enhance speed and performance of my PC ...so What tweaks should I implement or adjust, that BootSpeed12 will do for me, to get the fatest possible PC? IE dont tell about turning off start up apps or processes etc, I already knoiw that... and lastly...
what should be next PC build under $1000 (not including monitor) give me CPU, HDD,RAM and GPU specs

This is not really a right or wrong answer so pleae cosult your collegaues because it will be challenging to surprise or impress me but there are so many settings on this software that there are bound to be 'Illuminati type of stuff

How can i put a shortcut on Start page (or Taskbar) to log in to my Auslogics dashboard?

I just bought an additional laptop can I use my paid subscription and install it in my computer

Need to do a clean reinstall of the operating system. Do I need to uninstall products before doing this.

I have just installed a new external hard drive (G) and the drive is not displayed in the list of disks in Auslogics Disk defrag 10. Could you please advise me how to correct the issue.

Постоянно при запуске зависает намертво.

Each time when I do a manual clean of: one click scanner, reg cleaner, duplicate file finder, deep disk cleaner, the page displays the following message.
This has not been cleaned since (date), Also, immediately after the internet optimiser has been run and optimised and rebooted it requires another scan to optimise straight after the reboot.
I looks as if the program does all the tasks required but does not record it as being done.

Why when i run registry cleaner it leaves this file.HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Mime\Database\Content Type\image/vnd.ms-dds
Invalid file type reference.
Failed to fix

After scanning for old windows libraries and initializing the cleaning process. It says process completed but no files are cleaned. Still 2.7 Gig installed on rescan and same problem on re-cleaning. What to do? Thanks

Hi, what are the cons of compressing the OS ?
Is it safe?

I recently looked into the Auslogics Startup Manager and Shell Extensions and I was alarmed to discover that 2 programs are listed as Dangerous. I have checked the web which lists these 2 program as 58% malicious. The programs relate to the Motherboard hardware installation. They are ASUS.com and atkexComSvc.exe. According to the various web sites the way to remove them is to go to Control Panel Programs and Features and to uninstall. But on my configuration they are not listed in the program list. Auslogics reports them as Dangerous. How do I use Auslogics to disable/remove/unistall?

Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?

This appears to be a notification issue. I frequently switch my network usage to wireless, from ethernet, and back again. How can I configure Speedboost 11 NOT to notify me each time this occurs? Thank you!

Dear Support, I have Auslogics Boostspeed 12 on my machine. There was a flash on the screen of 12.2.0.0 a recommended update.
So my question is there was nothing in that flash update telling me if its a to pay for update or for free. This need to be shown in my book. Do you see where I am coming from with this? It shows what the big fixes are with the new update but yet nothing about if you hit the link if there is a small payment involved. This needs to be incorporated as part of any firmware update in my book. Regards Paul

Здравствуйте. выполнил обслуживание всех пунктов в программе Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 и снизилась скорось интернета по Wi Fi, а также задержка подсключения к нему. например скорость была 5 мегабит,сек, теперь 0,3. На других устройствах все впорядке.
