Is it possible to change the language into german ?
I cannot read englisch as a river is floating, i only use schoolenglish.
In boostspeed 11 there's a many stuff included, that is new for me.
I understand the window of the older version better .

I have asked this question before and the help I got didn't help one bit.

The Dashboard keeps popping up at the most inconveniant times to the point of be annoying.
When the Dashboard pops up everything stops until I acknowledge it or close it.
It always pops up while I'm gaming, while working with photos, reading my e-mail, and even while I'm working with my annimation programs and interfears with anything else to the point I'm beginning to think you created a virus program.
This has got to stop.
The other previous versions never did this and Im not the only one having the same problem.
I have several friends and family members I talked into buying this program who are having the same problem with theirs also.
Thats Seven (7) people besides me who are about to ask for refunds if we can't stop the Dashboard popups.
I have tried everything I could find from unchecking notices to automatic maintinance and the popups still continue.
Even the suggestions you gave me didn't help stop the pops.

Our 60 days is coming up on the 17th of this month for asking for our refunds.
Help us or refund us.

What about Bootspeed 13? Is it possible to do somethings to have Bootspeed 13 in place of Bootspeed 12 without payement?

I'm using your standard Auslogics Disk Defran 10, and can never get the level of defrag to less that 13% on my Win 7 disk. No other defrag programs have been able to do any better, the inherent Win defrag running for hours with no improvement.
Any idea how I can resolve this?

I hated too waste a question, I'm running version 12.0.0.4.
When i try to update to newer version 12.2.0.0 the screen blinks off and then back on.
I have tried the two arrows lower rignt corner only blinks and returns to same window i'm on.
When i go too tools and use the update button i geet the same result, flash on screen and back to same screen.

Does Auslogics Boostspeed 12 detect and remove Malware? Or do I need to purchase Auslogics Malware software?

Hi. When i go into empty folder cleaner it will find; i.e *582 empty folders, i press delete, and when its finished it says 520 empty folders found and deleted 258 of them. They go to the recycle bin, which i then empty, but when i do a re-search for empty folders they are all back again. It never actually clears the whole amounts found. *These are the actual readings of my last scan, but the numbers are very close to what they are with every scan. Can you help please? Clive

Buongiorno, recentemente nonostante l'aggiornamento, quando effettuo la scansione sulla modalità Protezione la ricerca si blocca.
Per la precisione, il programma riesce ad analizzare le trcce sul browser e nei file di sistema, ma non nelle applicazioni bloccandosi dopo avere analizzato il 32%. Ho provato a disinstallare il programma e reinstallarlo con la versione aggiornata senza risultato.

I continue get an Auslogics Notice when signing on to my computer which reads: "High System Resource Usage Detaected... you may experience extreme PC slowdown". Is there anything I can do to alleviate this warning? If so, what can I do and how do I do it. Thank you for responding.

I have problems with software deleting the cookies of the bank and credit cards I have been using. Everytime I do the sacan I had a hard time getting to my bank and credit cards that I have been using. I have to go thru a security questions all over again. I am not new to Aulogics - great product! However, I am a new Aulogics 11 user. In Aulogics, in trying to bypass Windows 10 Logon on my Lenovo, I believe the password that was pre-autofilled may have been incorrect? I chose by-pass Windows logon, however when my laptop restarts the first User screen tells me my Password is incorrect. How do I fix this in Aulogics? Any help would be appreciated! ~Catherine Trager
