Issues with Auslogics software

После оптимизации Auslogic BoostSpeed 11 перестали отображаться в браузере на сайтах: подложки карт местности, он-лайн графики.

Я не однократно обращался с вопросом блокировки вашей программы антивирусной программы DrWeb. Скажите что то решешается и есть ли решение? Спасибо за помощь. Владимир.

I have added file shredder to recycle bin. However, when I try to delete file with file shredder, boost speed opens it large box with deletion options. Is there any possible way to delete file from recycle by using file shredder without opening the entire software ?

Ваша программа периодически выдает сообщение о перегруженности процессора моего ПК и отсылает к "подробностям". А подробности - это сканер всех работающих и неработающих программ в компьюторе. Ваш сканер при этом никоим образом не оценивает важность запущенного процесса для работы компьютера. По сопровождающим характеристикам определить возможность отключения того или иного процесса очень трудно. Тогда какой смысл ваших обещаний "оптимизировать работу компьютера", если инструментов, реально выполняющих эту фунцкцию в части отключения второстепенных процессов, вы не предлагаете?

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Recently, Whenever I reboot my system and run "scanner" I end up with 74 performance issues (file extension) like:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.asf\OpenWithList

Resolve supposedly corrects the problem, as with rescan, no issues remain. They reappear after reboot!

FYI, ccClean finds no registery issues.

I tried to access tools on Boostspeed 13 but got notice "LIbrary not registered" How do I fix this?

Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.

I cannot get this boost speed 11 version to create a staru up buttom to check or uncheck. So, currently I must start my pc. Then start boost spped 11 and diminish to the lower tray daily. I would like to set it to Start each time my pc is turned on automatically.

I do get a failur when I try to set this auto run featur from the settings within boost speed 11. I seaprch online and cannot find an answer.

I cannot retreive my code for boostspeed 10 I got early this year, can you send it to me so I can sign up for bootspeed 11 PRO

i have updated the first driver in the list of drivers to be updated many times, why does it continue to on the list.
i update drivers 2 or 3 times a day but the list doesn't get any shorter,why.
