Issues with Auslogics software

Привет! У меня вопрос по программе Ausjogics BoostSpeed. Дело в том, что при каждом новом запуске загружается рекламное окно с предложением дополнить вашими прграммными продуктами мою систему. Это окно сжирает много ресурсов системы, что приводит к зависанию и потере времени, значительной потере. Как можно отключить данное окно? Ведь то , что меня интересовало, я уже приобрёл. Не хотелось бы получать разочарование от вашей продукции.

Auslogics BoostSpeed 13.0.0.6まアップデートは
案内通り実行しても、何回も実行してもアップデート出来ません
対処方法は有るのでしょうか・・・・・

После сканирования системы ноутбука пропал рабочий файл Excel (реестр). В справке пишет что находится не недоступном диске, просит вставить диск, хотя файл находился на ноутбуке. и появился новый пользователь, хотя я его не создавал.

Hi, I ran you softwarre to clean up my computer using the default settings. Shortly after I noticed my search was not working. I checked Search in the WIndows setting and found it was indexing my computer. It is partially indexed but appears to be stopping and starting. I cannot search with Windows Explorer or inside Outlook. Both give a result of nothing found. I found one of your actions was related to indexing and I restored this. However it is still the same. How do I fix this?

am 10.05 wurde eine Festplattenbereinigung durchgeführt. Dabei wurden Datein gelöscht, die nicht gelöscht werden sollteb. Es fehlen ganze Ordner von Dateinen, die dadurch gelöscht wurden.

Wie kann dieser vorgang wieder rückgängig gemacht werden?

es handelt sich speziell umd den "Download" ordner auf der SSD Festplatte C

"Festplattenbereinigung: Heruntergeladene Dateien"

Alle Daten sind gelöscht undich benötige diese jedoch.

I love your application. I use it often. I have to squint to see the font. The font is up high on my computer in windows 11. The resolution is as high as my laptop will tolerate. How do I increase the font size of your product so I can at least read it without a struggle. I am guessing it is about a size 6 font size.

I would like to speed up my PC. There is no real profile in Auslogistics BoostSpeed 13. I have to exclude the use for games from the outset. None are installed. At least not consciously. In addition to normal office programs from Office 365, I often use the Internet for research purposes and have the complete Adobe package from CreativeCloud. I have now noticed very often that my PC freezes or that memory capacities are probably fully utilized. But I can't see any evidence or the cause anywhere. I copy the PC data here at the end. I would very much like to be able to work according to my configuration again. The Windows energy-saving mode is set to off.

при помощи вашей программы я запустил сканирование компьютера. После окончания сканирования ваша программа предложила исправить "недостатки" системы. После этого у меня исчез внутренний диск D со всей инфомацией. Как такое может быть? И что мне сделать чтобы всё восстановить обратно. Спасибо.

Why can I not remove any brower add-ons (FF, Chrome) through the internet Optimizer? It shows the add-ons but says a setting or synchronization is preventing the process?

Task Manager on my Win 11 PC is showing CPU 29% busy (idling) whilst Auslogics view is showing 17%. Can you explain the difference?

Is there / what is the proper order in which to use the many tools for optimization and clean up with Boost13?

Any why is BoostSpeed13 not listed in software subcategory?
