I have ads turned OFF in General settings, however an ad pops up everytime after a defrag is completed wanting me to purchase Boostspeed 12. An ad also pops up when I open the program. How do I get rid of these ads since I have purchased this pro version?
They are very annoying and they cover up my scan results after defrag is completed.
Note: I have also turned off all tray notifications in General Settings and I am still getting these pop ups. Please fix.

How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.
Also, when do you plan to have the problem with Boost Speed Pro resolved what it asks me if I want to activate the Pro version when I already have it?

Green Buttons asking to activate pro version
I have the Pro Version. When I click on Help/About the window confirms that. Why to I have a green button on every screen asking me to activate the Pro Version. I even hit the button and it confirms I have the Pro and the green buttons persist. Help.

WTF AUSLOGICS??
I've been a registered user of Auslogics Boostspeed for many years. Just recently my Boostspeed 12 program shows that i'm registered in the ABOUT section under help, yet the program says Activate Pro Version on the bottom right & the program has Trial Version operability. This is happening on both of the PCs that I use this program on. I've sent 2 emails requesting assistance over a week ago & still have received no response.
I need this issue resolved or I will be requesting a refund.

Купил лицензию на ABSpeed 26-го июля 2021 года. Действительна ещё 181 день.
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Could not activated my license
I have bought the pro license at July 2021 and used this software until mid of january. Suddenly the software ask me again for license code, and after I input my code, the software still on free version mode and not changed to PRO version. Please assist me regarding this problem
Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. Sapete, per cortesia, indicarmi un modo per ripristinare il funzionamento dell'IRDA?.

Boostspeed lost Pro licence
I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.
If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.
Hope you can help.

fail fast exception
when attempting to open Scanner, i receive the above message, but no information is given.
I have tested the scanner (epson xp 510) on another pc with no problems.
I have checked for virus, checked drivers, but no response.

So these "rammerhead" links like rammer.rude.li ive been using for accessing anything that is adult and is purported to have privacy becuase its a browser inside your browser that has a different IP to prevent ISP from seeing your activity but it is deteced in adult website traces in privacy of auslogics? is this not really private and is just a false sense of security like incognito?

Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Product will not activate
I've entered the product key now 3 times. each time it is accepted. when I go to run the 1st scan I see on the bottem right corner of the screen that boostspeed stills needs to be registered and then I reseive unexpected error. I just updated to 12 for my client - Produce key -
