after installing Auslogic BoostSpeed, Anti-Malware, Driver Ipdater, and Defrag Ultimate, and running and updating per program informaion, i have 2 issues.
1. The Window keyboard key does not work when pressed or clicke on.
2. Entering the command setting on the window search bar gets me to window settings, but clicking on System will notopen it and hangs the whole Setting menu.
3. The usb microphone is recognized when plugged in the usb but it's not working.

until recently but TCM2.0 management has disappeared from BIOS and upgrade will not work without finding it. I know a fresh upgrade of 11 can be done without TCM2 but how do I work around for just the upgrade? I do not want to reinstall my current programs.

Also videos like youtube or anything will glitch for a second at random for no reason. I have factory reset this PC and have not fixed it yet. I don't know if it's windows 10 or this new PC but it is quite annoying My old PC that I gave away never had this problem, but it was also windows 7. Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. After scanning for old windows libraries and initializing the cleaning process. It says process completed but no files are cleaned. Still 2.7 Gig installed on rescan and same problem on re-cleaning. What to do? Thanks
