since I installed this program, I have lost my google default search engine and cannot reactivate it with chrome's settings. My searches are defaulting to Yahoo.

defrag 10 running sooo slow
Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?

Mi pregunta es ¿Qué diferencia hay con Registry Cleaner 9 a lado del antiguo Pc Tools Registry Mechanic? Comprendo que la aplicación Registry Mechanic tiene seis años que se descontinuó, pero me gustaría saber si Registry Cleaner 9 tiene algoritmos parecidos o diferentes a los que usaba el Registry Mechanic al momento de escanear y de limpiar el registro, o si Registry Cleaner 9 fue creado desde cero. Simplemente para resolver esta duda que tengo.

Unable to download anything from Microsoft Store
I get the following error code whenever I try to download anything from the Microsoft store.

New update fails to open
I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.

外付けHDDのデーター復元
File Recoveryでデーターを復元したいのですが、その方法を教えて下さい。
尚外付けHDDは、デスク管理上では、認識しています。RAW 正常 ベーシック データーパーティションとなっています。
しかしエラーメッセージがでます。F:￥にアクセスできません。このボリュームは認識可能なファイルシステムではありません。必要なファイルシステムドライバーがすべて読み込まれているか、ボリュームが壊れていないか確認してください。とのエラーメッセージです。
コンピュータ上では認識していますが、しかしFile Recovryを開くと、HDDは認識されていません。どうしたらいいのでしょうか？？？
このHDDには、重要なデーターが入っています。データー復元は失敗でいません。
ダメでしたら、業者にだします。

Your Defrag program
Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?
